我国区域旅游业的经济效益评价

【摘要】 讲究和提高经济效益是人们从事经济活动的基本准则，也是我国经济持续发展的客观要求。加入WTO后，加强我国旅游业在国际中的竞争力，保证其持续、快速地发展已经成为亟待解决的问题。区域旅游业是以旅游城市为中心，将相邻的旅游区组合成具有多方面联系的区域性、综合性的服务产业。该概念的提出已经成为我国旅游经济发展的契机，而区域旅游业经济效益评价则是把握此契机首先需要解决的一个基础理论问题。 本文借鉴国内外宏观和微观旅游经济效益评价经验，从中观角度，对某区域旅游业经济效益进行评价研究。在评价过程中，首先根据评价目的选择评价标准，然后应用评价指标体系和评价方法得到评价对象经济效益的实现程度，再与评价标准进行比较得到评价结果，最后利用经济效益的衡量标准来衡量该结果是否满足持续健康发展的要求。本文应用上述研究于湘西旅游业经济效益评价，其结论表明该研究在实践中有较强的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pursuing and improving economic benefit is the basic criterion of going into economic activity, as well is the objective requirement for keeping Chinese economy developing. How to strengthen the competition of Chinese tourism industry in the world, keep its high developing speed is the key problem after entering the WTO. Regional tourism industry means centering the tourist city, combining the close-by tourist region into a regional integratiye service industry in which has all-round contact. The concept will provide Chinese tourism industry a new chance. And the first essential theoretic problem need to be solved to catch this chance is the evaluation on the economic benefit of regional tourism industry.In this paper, a systemic evaluation study on the economic benefit of a regional tourism industry in meso-economy is given based on the experiences of the evaluation on the economic benefit of the tourism industry in both macro-economy and micro-economy in the world. In the process of the evaluation, the evaluation criterion is firstly chosen according to different evaluation goals. Then the evaluation object’s economic benefit is estimated by using index system and evaluation method. And the conclusion is gotten in succession through comparingthe benefit with the evaluation criterion. At last the conclusion is measured whether the economic benefit of Chinese regional tourism industry can satisfy the requirement of rapid and healthy development or not based on the measure criterion. The application on the west of Hunan’s tourism industry shows that the evaluation will be a good guidance in the practice.更多还原
