国际商务中的伦理问题研究

【摘要】 国际商务主体通常来自不同的国家和地区,因此,不同伦理文化背景的差异以及在此基础上形成的价值判断标准的区别必然会在国际商务的运行中反映出来。此种情况下,追求伦理的公司如何运作呢?本文就此提出了用以指导国际商务活动的、能为各个不同的商务主体所认同的最低限度的普适性伦理原则。这样的伦理原则仅仅就一些基本问题从伦理角度予以规定,而暂时搁置与特殊的伦理文化背景的某些因素相关的琐细争端,或对这些争端持宽容态度。主要包括:维护国际商务主体的平等地位;有序、公正地进行国际商务活动的竞争;人类整体的、长远的利益与各国现实的、眼前的利益的调适。虽然这些原则尚不足以解决国际商务领域的所有道德问题,但由于各个国际商务活动主体比较容易在最为基本的普适性伦理原则上达成共识,因而可以为确立国际商务活动的基本秩序提供有效的伦理保障。此外,本文还对国际商务活动中的跨国营销的道德定位、国际商务谈判的道德运作及反商务贿赂的道德手段问题进行了探讨,为实施国际商务活动的全程道德控制提供了一种可资参考的思维框架。

【Abstract】 The international commercial entitles usually come from different countries and regions, therefore the diversity of the different ethics culture background and the difference of the value judgment standard which forms on the basis of different culture background will inevitably be reflected in the international operation of commercial affairs. Under this circumstance how could companies pursuing ethics work? This essay puts forward the minimum general ethics principles which can be admitted by each commercial entity and guide international commercial activities. These ethics principles only set regulations on some basic issues from the perspective of ethics, lay the trifle dispute concern with special ethics culture background aside, or hold the attitudes of relenting to the dispute. They mainly include: maintain the equality of international commercial activity entities; carry on the competition of international commercial activities orderly, justly; make the whole, long-term interests of mankind always higher than that of each country. Though these ethics principles can not solve all moral problems exist in international commercial field, each international commercial entity can easily reach common understanding based on the basic general ethical principles. Therefore, an effective ethics guarantee can be offered for establishing the basic order of international commercial activities. In addition, this essay discusses the moral position in transnational marketing, the moral operation in international commercial negotiation and the strategies against commercial bribery in international commercial activities, and provides a kind of thinking frame for implementing moral control in international commercial activities.
