创新性人才培养模式的研究

【摘要】 知识经济呼唤创新性人才。在新的时代里，高等教育的主要任务是为知识创新、技术创新提供人力资源支持与知识支持。在知识经济中，教育是一种基本的生产力要素，高等教育应当是开发人力资源和创新知识的一种知识产业，培养创新性人才，已成为世界各国高等教育创新的一项战略任务。加强素质教育，构建大学创新性人才培养模式，是对高等教育思想演进的必然选择。 创立模式是创新性人才培养研究走向成熟的重要标志。本文研究了高等学校的创新性人才培养模式，高等学校的创新性人才培养模式，是指不同高等学校在创新性人才的培养过程中逐步形成的理论体系和方法体系的总和。 本文以人的发展理论、创新性人才的界定、创造力开发理论为理论依据，针对我国大学的特点，提出了三种典型创新性人才培养模式，即学科融合模式、创新实践模式和产学研结合模式，并各举出了典型例子。 在此基础上，本文还研究了“创新性人才培养方案”，这对于学校落实创新性人才培养的教育理念更有普遍意义与指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A large numbers of creative talents will be needed in the age of knowledge-based economy. To provide intelligence resource support and knowledge support for knowledge innovation and technology innovation, higher education must undertake a greatly historical mission in the new age. Education is a productive factor and higher education should be a knowledge industry to develop intelligence resource and innovate knowledge in the age of knowledge-based economy, so to train creative talents is a tactical mission for higher education in all the countries in the world. It will be a necessarily choice for the evolution of higher education that strengthen quality education and build the model of training creative talents in the universities.In this paper I studied the models of training creative talents in the universities. Finding some models of training creative talents is a very important symbol to sign that the research becomes mature. The models of training talents mean some theory system and method system during the process of training creative talents in deferent universities.According to the characters of our country’s universities, theory of person development, definition of creative talents and the theory of creativity development, the paper discussed three representative models of training creative talents, namely all discipline conformity model, the creative practice model and the model of university and business co-operative education and after that I gives every model a representative example.On the basis of them, training creative talents program was studied in the paper.
