四轮驱动履带式海底钴结壳采矿车及其采集过程可视化研究

【摘要】 可视化技术是二十世纪八十年出现的一门新兴交叉学科。它将大量非直观的、抽象的或者不可见的数据用图形或图像形象地显示出来,使人们对数据的理解、分析变得简捷、直观。可视化技术适用于任何有一定数据存在的场合,尤其是要分析、处理海量数据的科学领域,如航空航天、气象观测、CT扫描、地质勘探等。 四轮驱动履带式海底钴结壳采矿车(简称海底采矿车)及其采集过程可视化研究是以国家关于国际海底区域开发的“十五”重点攻关项目“钴结壳采集模型机关键技术及装备研究”(DY105-03-02)为课题背景,借助可视化技术在虚拟环境下,模拟和分析海底采矿车采集过程中的工作状态,为了有效的避免因盲目性的现场试验而浪费大量的人力、物力资源和灾难性的事故发生而进行研究的。其主要的研究内容如下: 1、实现海底微形地貌的可视化。 2、初步设计出海底采矿车的基本结构,并实现可视化。 3、以AVS/Express软件系统为开发平台,C++语言为编程语言设计出深海钴结壳采集可视化系统。实现采矿车在微形地貌上面行走切削的动态过程,并进行有关参数的实时计算。

【Abstract】 The visualization technology been a new interacross object was brought forth from 1980s. It interforms a mass of oblique way-out or hidden data into the graph or image, let people understand and analyse becoming more rapidly and more straightway. The Visualization Technology can apply to any occasion being some data, especially scientific fields analyzing and dealing with a lot of data, for instance, the avigation and spaceflight, the meteorologic observation, the CT scan, the geological survey etc.The Visualization research of The four wheel driven pedrail seabed Cobalt crust mining vehicle (for short, the seabed mining vehicle) and the gathering course is on the task background of"the research of the Cobalt crust gathering model machine’ s pivotal technology and equipment" (DY105-03-02) that is the"fifteenth" emphasized item exploiting the international seabed field, using the visualization technology to simulate and analyze the working state of the seabed mining vehicle in the course of gathering in order to availably avoid wasting the great deal of manpower and material resources because of the blindfold spot trial and occurring the catastrophic accident. Its primary researchful content as follows:1. Realizing the visualization of the seabed subminiature terrain.2. Designing elementarily the essential structure of the seabed mining vehicle as well as realizing the visualization.3. Devising the visualization system of deep-sea Cobalt collection on the exploiting stage of the AVS/Express software system, in the programme language of C++. Realizing the dynamic process of the seabed mining vehicle running and cutting on the subminiature terrain, and besides, calculating real-timely some concerned parameters.
