基于DGPS平面调车监控系统硬件的研制

【摘要】 本课题主要针对当前铁路调车作业监控专门设计的基于DGPS的平面调车监控系统。主要目的是解决铁路调车场调车机定位监控的问题,进而建立机车的综合调度、报警等综合监控管理系统。 利用当今世界上先进的差分卫星导航定位技术—DGPS技术、地理信息系统技术—GIS技术、计算机通讯技术、无线网络技术、数字信号处理技术—DSP技术相结合,在系统调研、需求分析的基础上,采用结构化的设计方法,提出了系统总体设计方案以及各模块具体硬件的设计。 系统主要由三个部分组成:车载移动站、无线数据传输网络、地面监控中心。 移动站主要由差分GPS接收机、接口模块、语音模块、液晶显示器、A/D信号采集模块组成。主要完成GPS卫星数据接收和处理、机车状态信息的采集,并将获取的数据在液晶显示器上显示,同时将数据及车辆的运行状态、报警状态通过通信链路发送到监控中心。此外,还可以接收监控中心下传的勾计划和控制命令,执行报警、紧急刹车等功能。 无线数据传输网由数传电台组成,主要实现的功能是完成机载移动站和地面监控中心之间信息的交互功能。 监控中心采用局域网的结构形式,主要由数据采集终端(前置机)、GIS调度终端、勾计划系统、电务信号接口、铁塔天线等部分组成。监控中心的主要功能是:发送各调车机的调车任务勾计划、接收各移动站的数据,进行差分修正得出车辆的位置坐标,在电子地图上显示该车的位置;对各台机车进行实时监控,并下达语音提示报警、刹车等控制命令;进行相应数据库的管理和维护。 本系统实现了对调车场调车机实际运行信息的实时采集与监控。本课题的成功研制将在增强调车作业安全以及调度管理系统的工作效率方面起到很大的作用,从而使调车管理、监控走向规范化、科学化、现代化。
【Abstract】 This project is DGPS Based locomotive dispatch monitoring system designed for the dispatch system. Its aim is to locate and monitor locomotive in the switchyard and create a dispatching and warning management system.Some kinds of advanced technique, including GPS, GIS, computer communication, wireless networks and DSP are adopted in this project. Based on system research and analysis, the general design of whole system and the design of hardware are given by using structured design.The system consists of three parts: moving station and wireless date communication networks and monitor station.Moving station consists of DGPS receiver, interface module, sound module, Liquid crystal display and A/D signal collection module. Firstly, it receives and processes the data from GPS and locomotive. Secondly, it displays them on LCD. Finally, it transmits theses data to monitor center by serial center. Moreover, it can receive control instructions from monitor center and implement the function of giving alarm and urgency brake.The wireless data communication networks are made up from digital radio. It implements the function of communication between moving stations and monitor center.Monitor center runs in local area networks architecture. It consists of data sampling terminal, GIS dispatching terminal, Dispatching arranged system, signal system interface and tower antenna. Monitor center sends the dispatching plan to the moving station and receives the data from moving station, analyses them, locates the locomotive, and displays it on the screen. It can monitor the locomotive and transmit control instructions. It also can create data tables, and manage database.The system samples and monitors the locomotives running information by real time. It promotes the security of dispatching and raises the efficiency of locomotive manager. The research will help dispatching locomotive manager to be standardization, scientific, and modernization.
