曲面数字化磁力研磨加工技术基础研究

【摘要】 数字化是制造技术目前的发展热点和未来的重要特征,高效率、高质量、高精度成为产品制造技术的发展方向,因此以研磨、抛光为代表的光整加工技术的研究应用变得越来越重要。光整加工是模具和许多曲面零件加工的最后一道工序,其发展水平直接影响着模具和机械零件的质量、寿命、成本和价格。在我国,曲面的光整加工大部分仍采用手工方式,这在一定程度上影响了我国精密制造业的发展。 磁力研磨加工方法是把磁场应用于传统的研磨技术中所开发出的一种新的光整加工技术。该技术在我国的研究和推广仅是最近几年才进行,由于它的柔性、自适应性,在加工复杂曲面零件方面具有独到的效果。本文在综述磁力研磨加工、数控技术、测量技术的基础上,综合运用机械、计算机、电子、测试以及控制等学科的理论和技术,对曲面数字化磁力研磨加工技术进行了基础性的研究。 本论文共分六章,第一章介绍了本课题的研究背景、国内外的研究现状以及课题研究的意义。 第二章简要介绍了磁力研磨加工的原理和特点;对比各种研磨方法,突出磁力研磨加工方法的显著优点。重点对磁力研磨加工去除材料规律、磁性磨料进行研究。最后较详细地分析了磁力研磨加工的影响因素。 第三章对曲面数字化磁力研磨加工方法进行了探讨,介绍了曲面测量技术和测点数据的预处理方法;针对磁力研磨加工的特点,研究基于数字化测量数据的加工路径生成方法。 第四章介绍了曲面数字化磁力研磨加工系统原型的研制。重点对电磁感应器机械结构和电路的设计、工具磁极形状的设计、磁性磨料的制各等进行了较深入地研究。 第五章进行曲面数字化研磨加工系统实验研究。以一实体模型为研究对象,进行曲面数字化实验,验证基于曲面测点加工路径生成的正确性;对半精加工后的实体进行磁力研磨实验,验证基于曲面测量数据点的磁力研磨加工方法的可行性与有效性。 第六章对论文进行总结,并对磁力研磨数字化加工技术的研究前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With Digitizing become the focus and the: important feature of manufacturing technology, high efficiency, high quality and high precision become the development direction of product manufacturing technology. Accordingly, the research for finishing technology with abrasive finishing and polishing has became more and more important. Polishing is the last procedure of the mold manufacturing and its surface finishing quality affects directly the quality, life-span, cost and price. In China, finishing for surface still must be done by hand work, so it restricts severely the production development of precision manufacturing. Magnetic Abrasive Finishing (MAF) is a new polishing technology that use magnetic field into traditional polishing technology. The technology is researched and applied in China just in recent years and it has good effect at the complex surface product manufacturing due to its flexibility and self-adaptability. Based on summarizing of advanced technologies about Magnetic Abrasive Finishing (MAF), CNC and Measuring technology, this dissertation made a systematic study on the techniques of MAF and automatic finishing device of surface with free-form curvature by using of the Magnetic abrasive finishing process.The main contribution of this dissertation are briefly presented as follow:In chapter 1, the dissertation introduces the background of the research, domestic and international research status and the meaning of the research.In chapter 2, the dissertation introduces the theory and characteristics contrasting with other polishing methods. It emphasize on research about the law of finishing, Magnetic abrasive and Influence factor.In chapter 3, the method of digitizing MAF for free-form surface is studied. At first, the technology of measuring for free-form surface and making of measuring data are introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of MAF, the chapter research the method of processing route based on digitizing measuring data.In chapter 4, the research and manufacturing of free-form surface digitizing MAF prototype is studied. It involve the design of electromagnetic inductor and magnetic pole, preparation of magnetic abrasive.In chapter 5, using a entity as the research object, the free-form surface digitizing and magnetic abrasive finishing are experimented. It proved the validity of the theory and the prototype.In chapter 6, main results and conclusions of this dissertation have been summarized; the prospects and study emphases of the future research work have been discussed and forcast.
