面向成本的大批量定制配置设计技术研究

【摘要】 本文在分析我国制造企业在全球经济一体化和先进制造技术不断发展的背景下,提出面向成本的大批量配置设计技术。着重研究了大批量定制下产品族建模技术、配置设计知识表达和求解、产品成本建模和估算等,并结合开发系统实践应用情况,探讨了大批量配置设计实现技术的实现。 第一章回顾制造业生产技术的演变历史,概述先进制造技术的发展。分析了大批量定制技术和产品设计中成本工程的研究现状,并将大批量定制技术与其他先进制造技术进行了比较。总结了大批量定制设计的使能技术,包括产品信息管理、产品族模板和事务特性表、版本管理、配置设计项目管理等。指出目前研究存在的不足,提出本文的研究主题—面向成本的大批量配置设计技术,给出本文主要研究内容、技术特点和组织结构。 第二章在分析大批量定制模式(MC)下配置设计领域知识的基础上,提出基于本体论和知识规则的MC配置设计方法。首先规划产品族配置设计本体、知识域及其属性、面向对象建模思想的产品配置设计模块(PCDM);定义配置设计规则用于过程推理和知识演变。着重探讨配置设计求解策略和实现算法,建立MC配置设计的知识模板向导,实现配置方法的形式化表达。 第三章研究MC生产模式下产品的成本组成结构,分析不同客户定制需求对产品成本的影响。着重探讨新设计零件的成本估算方法,根据已有产品的信息建立了产品成本样本库,引入模糊系统理论中贴近度和隶属函数等概念,建立适用于不同设计阶段的成本估算模型。同时提出MC配置设计的成本性能评价方法和优化策略。 第四章探讨基于知识重用的配置设计成本优化,以本体论为理论指导进行配置设计中知识检索、匹配和共享。分析大批量定制配置设计的产品性能和成本控制目标,强调了对配置设计进行优化的必要性,提出产品优化的三项关键设计技术,并探讨MC配置设计产品的定位策略。 第五章主要阐述了面向成本的MC配置设计系统工程应用。结合应用系统在企业中实施情况,介绍了系统的开发平台、技术特点、总体框架,给出系统主要模块的界面和功能:产品物料信息编码、产品族模板和配置设计规则管理、产品族BOM管理和配置设计项目管理。总结了关于面向MC的产品族建模、配置设计实现、产品成本估算等研究技术的应用。 第六章总结了面向成本的大批量定制配置设计技术理论和应用软件系统的实践,重点介绍论文的创新点和特色,对MC配置设计技术研究领域的发展方向进行了预测。

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the problem of China manufacture engineering facing economic globalization, this dissertation makes a systematic research of the theory of product configuration design for Mass Customization, which focuses on the product cost during configuration. As a result, author establishes an integrated information system for Mass Customization Configuration and Design. The key thought of this paper are on the method of product family modeling, the expression of the configuration design knowledge, product cost modeling and optimizing.In the first chapter, the paper analyses the origin of Mass Customization and compares the characters between the Mass Customization and other advanced manufacture technologies. On basis of summarization the research evolvement of product configuration and design technology for cost, author brings out the technology of Mass Customization Configuration Design for Cost. Mainly analyze the research of product family modeling, the expression of the configuration design knowledge, product cost modeling and optimizing. The paper also summarizes the know-how technologies of Mass Customization: product information management, product family template and transaction processing, product edition management, configuration design project management. The author points out the deficiency of current research and presents the main content of article, research method and the structure of article.In the second chapter, based on the analysis of product knowledge structure for mass customization, the article puts forward a method of mass customization configuration based on ontology. Firstly, under the guide of ontology theory, the knowledge of configuration design is carefully analyzed when the configuration knowledge domain as well as its property is defined, on the other hand, the configuration rules is figured out. Furthermore, a knowledge model for MC is established and a solution to configuration design is also discussed. Therefore, an integrated MC configuration design wizard, with the help of which the process of configuration is clearly directed. The result of configuration is optimized under some special product policy. Finally, a system frame for MC configuration design is constructed and its key techniques are implemented.In the third chapter, the author analyze the cost composition brought by customer’s individual requirements and product cost. Then a complex cost estimation model is established, which not only apply fuzzy theory but also combine fuzzy set ofproduct feature according to expert knowledge and experience. Product cost library is structured on basis of technique process and information data of former product. More detail product information is dug out in subsequence design phase by fuzzy mapping mechanism, which regards product parameters in former design phase as variable. Then evaluate product cost according to the comparable samples searched in product cost library. At last the structure of the cost estimation model is introduced.In the forth chapter, author researches the similarity of product structure and manufacture process, then puts forward the knowledge reuse of MC configuration and design by knowledge search, match and share. Furthermore, product cost optimization based on knowledge reuse is discussed, which mainly focus on the balance of product capability and cost. Three implementation methods of product cost optimization are given as well as the strategy of product orientation.hi the fifth chapter, mainly discuss the realization technology of Mass Customization configuration and design, system framework, key modules and so on. Combining the developed software system and application result in enterprises, this chapter talks about the content of product family module, configuration and designmanagement, product cost estimation and so on.In the last chapter, summarize the research result of Mass Customization configuration and design for cost in paper. The innovation points of the paper are discussed. At last, the author prospect the research
