注塑模热流道辅助设计技术与应用研究

【摘要】 热流道系统具有提高生产率、节省原材料与节约能源等优点,在注塑成型加工中得到广泛的应用。开发注塑模热流道辅助设计软件对提高热流道设计水平和效率具有重要意义。本文建立了热流道知识单元的基本概念和表达模型,提出基于知识的热流道结构设计方法,完成详细的结构设计,并建立热流道温度场数学模型,模拟分析热流道温度场的分布状况。本文在理论研究的基础上,开发了热流道结构设计原型系统,并应用原型系统进行结构设计和模拟分析。本文的研究成果得到了初步的应用。 第一章,介绍了课题的背景和注塑模热流道设计技术研究与应用现状,分析了当前热流道结构设计技术研究存在的问题和不足,阐述了本文的主要研究内容与总体框架。 第二章,对热流道设计知识进行总结,介绍了知识单元的概念,通过知识单元描述热流道设计知识。建立了热流道知识单元的表达模型,为基于知识的热流道设计提供了基础。 第三章,分析了传统的热流道结构设计方法,给出了基于知识的热流道结构设计的总体框架,利用知识单元进行组织热流道设计知识,建立相应的热流道设计知识库,分析基于知识的推理方法和热流道设计任务规划,并在热流道设计知识库基础上完成结构设计。 第四章,介绍了热流道温度场模拟与分析的意义,给出了温度场模拟分析的主要研究内容,并建立了热流道熔体几何模型与温度场数学模型,应用可视化技术实现了热流道温度场的模拟显示。 第五章,介绍了基于Pro/E开发的热流道设计原型系统,给出了软件系统的主要功能,并利用开发的系统完成了饮料瓶盖注塑模热流道结构的设计与分析。 最后,对本文的研究工作进行总结与展望。

【Abstract】 Hot runner system has the advantage of increasing productivity, saving raw material and energy conservation. And it is extensively used in plastic injection molding technology. So it is important to develop the design software of hot runner system in injection molding. Basic conception and model tormulation in knowledge unit of hot runner are established in this paper, and the method of hot runner design based on knowledge is put forward, and hot runner design is finished in detail. Then mathematic model in temperature field of hot runner is built, and the distributing condition of temperature field is analyzed. On the basis of the theoretical research, a prototype system is developed, which can support the designer in hot runner designing and analyzing in temperature field.In chapter 1. the background of this research is introduced, and a review of research and application in injection molding and hot runner technology are given, while the open questions are also analyzed. Then the content and skeleton structure of this paper are proposed particularly.In chapter 2. the design knowledge of hot runner system are generalized, and a knowledge unit model is presented, which includes the representation of the design information of hot runner system. The feature and function of knowledge unit of hot runner system are analyzed in detail.In chapter 3. the conventional design method is analyzed, then the total frame of hot runner design based on knowledge is put forward, and knowledge of hot runner design is organized, and the knowledge base of hot runner is built. At last hot runner structural design is finished in detail.In chapter 4, the purpose of hot runner temperature field is analyzed, the key contents of hot runner temperature field are presented, and geometric model of hot runner and mathematic model of temperature field are built. At last finite-element method and visualization technology are used in hot runner temperature field.In chapter 5, the prototype system of hot runner system based on Pro/E is introduced, and chiefly function of hot runner is presented, and hot runner design of injection molding for beverage bottle cap is finished.The research work is summarized and the future work of this research is given in the remainder of this paper.
