综合应力作用下航天电连接器加速寿命试验的研究

【摘要】 本文以Y11X-1419圆形电连接器为研究对象,在分析了电连接器在环境温度和振动应力作用下的失效机理和建立可靠性模型的基础上,对可靠性试验方法和试验数据进行了系统、深入的研究和处理。 首先,介绍了国内外可靠性研究的发展历史和现状,对可靠性试验方法和发展趋势,可靠性统计分析方法和存在的问题,航天电连接器可靠性研究的现状和存在的问题,可靠性试验方案设计的现状等进行了回顾和评述。 其次,通过研究环境温度和振动应力与电连接器接触寿命之间的影响关系,并结合概率统计理论,推断出失效物理方程,建立了可靠性统计模型,为电连接器可靠性试验方案的制定和试验数据的统计分析奠定了基础。 第三,提出并研究了电连接器在环境温度和振动应力综合作用下的加速寿命试验方案的优化设计模型。依据此模型,在环境温度和振动应力综合作用下,结合均匀正交设计方法,对传统恒定应力加速寿命试验进行了优化,优化的结果表明,在估计精度保持不变的前提下,通过对试验方案的优化,可减少试验的次数和投试的样本量,从而大大缩短试验的时间和降低试验的费用,为对产品的可靠性水平作出快速评价提供了手段。 第四,提出并研究了加速寿命试验方案的模拟评价方法,在对电连接器调整的最优试验方案和全面试验方案进行模拟评价比较的基础上,最终确定了调整的加速寿命试验方案作为电连接器可靠性试验的实施方案。 第五,通过对电连接器加速寿命试验数据的统计分析,验证了电连接器可靠性统计模型的正确性。并以试验数据的最小二乘估计值为初始值,应用估计性能优良的极大似然估计方法对试验数据进行统计处理,得到了电连接器可靠性特征量的估计值。 最后对全文的研究内容进行了总结,并指出了电连接器可靠性试验和数据统计分析研究中需要进一步研究的内容及本基金课题的下一步工作方向。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, the model Y11X-1419 electrical connector as the object, under temperature and vibration stresses, the failure mechanism has been analyzed, the Reliability Model has been built. Based on above, the Reliability Test Method of electrical connectors has been deeply researched and the date drawing from test experiment was treated.First, briefly stated the developing history and current situation of Reliability Engineering, introduce the Reliability Test Method and developing trends. Moreover, the statistical analysis method and existing problems, electrical connectors reliability research’s current situation and existing problems, and reliability test plan and existing problems was presentation.Second, through analyzing the relation between the temperature and vibration stress and the life of connector, and combining with the theory of probability and statistics, deduce the failure physics equation, and set up a reliability statistical model. Laid a foundation for working out electrical connector reliability test plans and treating electrical connectors test data.Third, proposed and researched optimizing design mode of constant stress accelerated life test plans under the temperature and vibration stresses. According to this mode, under the temperature and vibration stresses, and combining with uniformly orthogonal design theory, and optimized the test plans of electrical connector. The result shows that, through optimizing test plan under the condition of estimate precision keeping fixed, the times of test and corresponding number of specimens may be reduced, thus, the time may be shortened and test cost reduced greatly. By this means, product reliability level may be evaluated quickly.Fourth, proposed and researched the evaluation method of accelerated life test plans by simulation. On the basis of simulating evaluation to various electrical using uniformly orthogonal design theory to arrange the four-lever temperatures and four-lever vibration stress, catch an excellent accelerated life text plan, which make the estimate value have the well precision in normal stress lever, at the same time that can reduce the sample number and shorten the test time.Fifth, through statistical analysis of electrical connector accelerated life test data, verified that the reliability statistical model of electrical connector is correct. Then, took least squares estimator of test data as preliminary estimate, applied versatile maximum likelihood estimate method to treat test data, obtained the estimators of electrical connector reliability characteristic values.Eventually, gave a conclusion to research content of entire dissertation, and proposed the research content of the reliability test and analysis of electrical connectors, and the research direction of this Foundation project.
