冲击响应分析方法及其应用

【摘要】 冲击响应谱分析是冲击试验的一种重要分析方法,近年来得到快速发展并日益成熟。近年来关于冲击响应谱的研究和完善使得冲击响应谱试验技术成为冲击试验技术的主流,广泛应用于产品的耐冲击设计及冲击环境模拟试验。并且随着计算机技术的发展,以及数控系统功能的不断完善,用电动式振动台系统进行冲击谱模拟已经成为冲击环境试验的主要方法。冲击响应谱分析技术与实时信号分析技术的融合,先进的冲击试验实时控制系统技术也随之产生并迅速取代普通冲击试验分析方法与试验技术。目前国外已有可以做冲击谱试验的电动式振动台产品及其相应的实时控制系统,具有非常好的试验效果。 本论文各章节主要内容概述如下: 第1章阐述了冲击试验相关技术的现状与发展,给出了冲击响应谱技术的主要研究背景,剖析了论文研究的内容和难点和创新点。 第2章研究了冲击响应谱的导出、分析模型及其常用算法,并对冲击响应谱试验规范做一个综合评价。 第3章针对冲击响应谱数字化实现方法进行研究,通过进行连续系统仿真导出了冲击响应不变法和斜线响应不变法,并进一步分析它们的性能和改进方法。 第4章进行了冲击响应谱时域匹配控制研究,对于冲击响应谱综合原理、方法、过程以及准则进行了剖析,并利用合成基波法进行了冲击响应谱综合实现。 第5章剖析了冲击试验实时控制系统的组成,数字式控制试验系统组成与功能;研究了基于DSP的冲击试验实时控制系统的快速性和实时性。 第6章对全文进行了简明的总结,并对未来该领域的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) analysis is one of the best important methods of shock response test and has been fully developed and broadly applied. There are many researches about SRS method and the results of these researches have been broadly applied into products shock resistance design and shock environment simulative test. In recent years, using shaker system to execute SRS test has been the main method in technical engineering with the development of computer science and digital control system. The amalgamation of SRS technique and real-time signal analysis technique gives birth to advanced shock test real-time control system and this system replaces quickly the common method and technique. Now there have been many high performance shaker system and its’ corresponding real-time control system which makes good test results.In this paper, the main contents are the following:Chapter 1 describes the development of shock test technique and main research background of SRS, and analyses the contents, difficulty and creation of this paper.Chapter 2 studies the theory, physical models, and general algorisms of SRS, and gives a evaluation about SRS technique.Chapter 3 makes researches about SRS digital application methods. Impulse Invariant Filter method and Ramp Invariant Filter method are studied through continuous system simulation, and their performance and improvement are also discussed.Chapter 4 studies the SRS synthesis and analyzes its method, progress and principle. Practical SRS synthesis is realized using WAVSYN.Chapter 5 analyses the structure and function of shock test real-time control system and digital control test system; the high speed and real-time performance of shock test real-time control system based on DSP chips are studied.Chapter 6 gives a conclusion of this paper and analyses the future research of SRS field.
