基于PCI总线的动平衡自动校正系统的研究

【摘要】 本文以高性价比为目标,以基于PCI总线的二工位动平衡自动校正系统为对象,针对目前国内现状,开发了一套适合电机转子高精度动平衡的自动校正系统。 第一章,在综合论述了开展动平衡校正研究的重要意义,以及动平衡校正技术发展现状和趋势的基础上,提出了本文的研究内容,并对论文的各章节进行了安排。 第二章,在对动平衡理论基础介绍的同时,提出了基于PCI总线的二工位动平衡自动校正系统,并对整个系统构成做了简要的介绍。 第三章,根据系统需要,提出了基于PCI总线测控卡的软、硬件实现方案,并对实现过程中的信号完整性和数据快速传递方法等关键技术展开了研究。 第四章,对动平衡称重和动平衡去重中的关键技术展开了研究。在称重关键技术中,首先,在提出采用硬支承方案,以及分析测力支承机械振动系统振动特性的基础上,整定了硬支承设计的重要参数;其次,开展了驱动连接与控制的研究,通过采用基于SVPWM的交流伺服系统较好地解决了驱动转速波动的问题;然后,提出采用程控增益放大的方法实现信号的跟踪调理,提高了测量系统的精度;随后,针对动平衡测量中的具体实践,发展了一种能够在强变频率结构背景噪声干扰下确保高精度提取幅值和相位的自适应消噪方法;最后,给出了一种不平衡量大小和相位高精度提取方法。 在去重关键技术中,建立了电机转子动平衡校正的切削模型,给出了不平衡切削量的计算方法;并根据LC正弦振荡电路基本原理,设计刀具接触传感系统和刀具进给策略,实现对刀具的高精度自动定位。 第五章,提出了二工位的控制协调策略,并对计算机主机的工作节拍进行分析设计,实现系统软件。 在最后一章,主要对二工位一体化校正系统设计与相关技术进行了概括总结,并展望了动平衡自动校正系统后续研究的进一步工作。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, with the point view of the fact in china, a automatic dynamic balancing system based on PCI bus is developed, which is designed for high precision dynamic balancing of electromotor rotor.Chapter 1, after given the important role of the research of dynamic balancing emendation and the review of current status and future development trend of dynamic balancing emendation technology, the research content of this dissertation is advanced. Meanwhile, each chapter of this dissertation is arranged.Chapter 2, the basic theory of dynamic balancing emendation is discussed. Meanwhile, a scheme of two-procedure automatic dynamic balancing system is advanced, and then the structure of this system is introduced.Chapter 3,according to demand of system, the software and hardware scheme of PCI board is advanced, then the key technologies such as signal integrity, fast data transfer are studied.Chapter 4,the key technologies of dynamic balancing measurement and dynamic balancing machining are studied. In the part of key measurement technologies, firstly, the design of force measurement bearing based on rigid bearing is introduced, and the vibration characteristic of mechanism vibration system of force measurement bearing is analyzed, then, some important design parameters are worked out; Secondly, the driving connection and control using SVPWM mode of AC servo system is used to solve the problem of rotate speed fluctuating; Thirdly, a kind of signal tracking adjustment and filtering method is presented, this method enhances the performance of measuring system; Fourthly, An adaptive noise cancellation method, which points to the particular circumstance of dynamic balancing, is developed. This method can be used to abstract the amplitude and phase high precisely in the environment of strong background noise with variable frequency structure; Fifthly, the high precision abstracting method of imbalance quantity and its position is developed.In the part of key machining technologies, a cutting model of electromotor rotor used for dynamic balancing emendation is established, and a calculating method of cutting quantity is developed; According to the basic principle of LC oscillator, the cutter contact sensing system and locomotion strategy are designed to realize cutter location automatically.Chapter 5, the control and harmonization strategy of two-procedure automatic dynamic balancing emendation system is developed, and the working beat of computer is arranged to realize system software.Last chapter, the important results and conclusions of this dissertation have been summarized and the prospect for the application of dynamicbalancing emendation system has been opened up.
