高线加速度下热与振动复合环境试验装置控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文对高线加速度下热与振动复合环境试验装置控制系统的相关理论及技术进行了研究,全文共分为八章。 第一章,阐述本论文研究的意义和目的,介绍了国内外高线加速度下热与振动复合环境试验的发展现状及存在的问题,最后提出本论文研究的主要内容。 第二章,介绍了本论文研究复合环境试验系统的工作原理及其总体结构,对该复合环境试验系统的控制方案进行了简要的阐述。 第三章,研究复合环境试验系统温度控制方法。详细介绍了积分分离PID控制、模糊控制、模糊PID控制方案,结合温度箱系统对三种控制方法进行了仿真比较,进而确定了最终的控制方案。 第四章,研究复合环境试验系统振动控制方法。说明了振动台系统的工作原理;介绍了振动台控制系统的实现、气囊位移反馈动圈纠偏系统;介绍了振动台系统的隔振问题。 第五章,研究离心机控制系统。详细介绍了离心机控制系统使用的USS通讯协议;分析了控制系统的实现方法;给出了控制系统的程序流程图。 第六章,研究了控制软件设计技术。给出了整个控制系统的信号传输的硬件结构和软件结构;详细介绍了控制系统涉及的软件技术:串口通讯控件技术、多机通讯技术以及VC与MATLAB接口编程技术。 第七章,对本复合环境试验装置进行实验研究。对复合环境试验装置分别进行了温度控制、振动控制及复合环境的实验,实验结果表明,本系统实施的控制方法是有效的,构造的复合环境达到了系统技术指标。 第八章,给出了课题研究所取得的结论,对进一步的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 This thesis studies the control system theory and related technology of heat and vibration combined environment tester under high-linear-acceleration. The thesis is divided into 8 chapters.In chapter 1, the significance of this project on thermal-vibration combined environment tester under high-linear-acceleration is illustrated. Then the activities and unsolved problems in this kind of combined environment tester at home and abroad are introduced, and main contents of this thesis are presented finally.In chapter 2, the principle and whole structure of combined environment tester that this thesis studies are introduced, and the scheme of control system is described briefly.In chapter 3, the temperature control methods of combined environment tester are studied. The integral separation PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control are introduced respectively and related MATLAB simulations on temperature box system are compared, and final control method is decided in the end.In chapter 4, the vibrator control method of combined environment tester is studied. The principle of vibrator system is illustrated firstly, then the realization of vibrator control system and air chamber displacement feedback moving-loop rectifying system are introduced. At last vibration isolation of vibrator system is described.In chapter 5, the centrifugal control system is studied. USS communication protocol used in centrifugal control system is clarified in detail and realization of the control system is analyzed, finally flowchart of the control system is presented.In chapter 6, the control software technology is studied. Signal transmission hardware structure and software structure in the whole control system are presented firstly, and software technologies related to control system are clarified at length: serial port communication control, multi-MCU communication and interface programming between VC and MATLAB.In chapter 7, the experiment of combined environment tester is studied. Experiments on temperature control, vibrator control and combined environment have been done. The result indicates control methods adopted in the control system are valid and the combined environment tester meets technical demands specified.In chapter 8, the conclusions from the combined environment tester system are summarized and further research work is expected.
