火力发电厂煤中杂物分离机构的设计方法研究

【摘要】 火力发电厂可燃煤中杂物分离的任务是将煤中的木块、铁线、炮线等从煤中分离出去,为电厂锅炉燃烧系统供给合格的可燃煤。为实现这一过程,在对当前煤中杂物分离设备现状考察的基础上,作者以原理方案设计的核心——原理求解为突破口,研究了设计目录及其在原理求解中的应用,给出一个原理求解的自动化方法。设计出了一台实用性强、效率高的煤中杂物分离设备。本文主要包括以下四个方面的内容: 1、系统介绍了设计目录的基本概念及应用,研究了原理方案设计目录的构造策略,详细讨论了原理方案设计目录的组成部分,在此基础上给出了原理方案设计目录的结构建议。 2、从原理上对煤中杂物问题进行了详细的物料——物料分离研究,从设计要求出发,构造了功能目录、效应目录和作用原理目录,研究了原理方案设计中特征建模的处理方法。 3、作者列举了大量的设计实例,构造了设计实例库,研究了基于实例推理技术在原理方案设计中的应用,确定了原理方案解。 4、设计制作了试验样机,验证了该设备的实用性。

【Abstract】 The task of this paper is to design an equipment, which can separate the combusted coal powder of a power plant from the mixture of coal powder, wood block, iron line and powder line, so that the suitable combusted coal is supplied for the combustion system of a power plant. In order to realize this process,basede on the investigations of the current of the impurity elimination from the coal.Author concentrates on the solving of action principle solution-the core of the conceptual design,studies the applications of design catalogues in the solving of action priciple solution,presents a method the action principle design automation.As a result, an equipment has been designed, which can fulfill the separation task practically and efficiently. This paper mainly includes the following four parts:1. Generally introduce the basic conception of design catalogues and their applications,study the construction strategy of the conceptual design catalogue,discuss the subparts of the catalogue in detail. A propose of the construction of the conceptual design catalogue is provided.2.The principles have been studied to realize the material-material separation, which is based on the study of the mixture’s concrete condition. Stepping from design demand, the function catalogue, the effect catalogue and the principle solution catalogue have been constructed,study the knowledge processing method of the conceptual design feature modeling.3. A large number of examples have been given in this paper. Construct the design case bases,study the application of Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) in the conceptual design, a suitable solution has been gained.4. The test prototype are designed and manufactured.which confirmed that the product is practical and feasible.
