【摘要】 进入21世纪，人类将全面走向知识经济和信息时代，信息技术开始渗透到社会的各个方面。日本作为一个科技大国，也早已认识到了信息产业的重要性，并希望通过信息产业的发展带动整个日本经济的复苏，因此对日本信息产业问题的研究无疑具有一定的理论意义。 本文从结构上共分为三部分：第一章总论为第一部分，重点考察了日本信息产业的发展历程和现状，对日本信息产业的概况进行了总体描述。从第二章到第五章为全书的主体部分，对日本信息产业进行了全面系统的分析评价，具体包括第二章信息设备制造业(本章以计算机产业为代表)；第三章信息服务业；第四章数据库产业；第五章电信产业；第六章电子商务(由于电子商务与信息产业密切相关，既包含信息技术产业的内容，又包含了信息服务业的内容，所以单独列为一章)。第三部分是第七章日本信息产业的总体评价，分别从日本信息产业的发展机制、自身结构以及相关政策方面进行了系统分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, with mankind going into knowledge economy and information era, Information industry as the support industry of the knowledge economy is very important to the development of the world economy. As a great technological country, Japan has already recognized the importance of the Information industry. And with the development of the Information industry, Japan wants to promote the development of the whole country’s economy. So the study on the development of Japanese Information industry is very significant.The paper has three parts. The first chapter is the first part, and in this part, it mainly studies the course and the present situation of Japanese Information industry. From the second chapter to the fifth chapter is the second part, and this part is the specific study on the development of Japanese Information industry, including Information equipment manufacture industry. Information Service industry. Data base industry. Telecommunication and Electronic Commerce. The third part is the sixth chapter, it mainly studies the Industrial policies for the Information industry and tries to find out the cause that Japanese Information industry develops slowly.更多还原
