【摘要】 日本的中小企业从二战后到现在经历50多年的发展历程，从最开始大企业的附庸的地位到现在的日本经济发展的中流砥柱，日本政府的政策扶持起到了至关重要的作用。本文研究了从二战后开始到目前为止的日本中小企业扶持政策发展的四个历程，从时代背景，政策制定的原因和目的等方面进行了分析，同时对政策的执行情况和结果做了较为详细的分析，总结了日本对中小企业所量身定制的扶持政策。日本的作法，在一定程度上为中国和其他发展中国家的中小企业扶持政策的制定提出了良好的启示。更多还原
