【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国社会阶层结构发生了深刻的变化。进行阶层划分时不再单纯以生产资料占有形式以及过去的阶级阶层视角进行分析，而是以职业分类为基础、以组织资源、经济资源和文化资源的占有状况为标准来划分。伴随着中国新的阶层结构的形成，中国传媒业或主动或被动，或有意识或无意识的卷入媒介分层的大潮之中。媒介也必须适应新出现的各个阶层的实际需求，找到最需要自己的阶层，并尽全力为其提供相应的服务。河北卫视作为媒体大军中的一员，在日益走向成熟的同时，它也与其他媒体一样，成为媒体分层的成员之一。在摸索中前进的河北卫视遇到了前所未有的挑战，逐渐显露出了与社会阶层变化不相适应的矛盾：频道定位不明；忽略受众变化；误解受众本质要求；文化缺失；时段分配不科学等。依笔者之见，在这种新的社会阶层已经形成并且对社会的影响越来越大时，解决矛盾的方法要从本质找起，面对不同的社会阶层，如何既保证他们在利用媒介资源时获得平等、公正的权利，又能充分张扬个性，满足他们的不同需求成为媒体必须要面对的问题。对于河北卫视来说，机遇与挑战并存，出路有三，其一：了解受众深层需求，发挥社会整合作用；其二：营造绿色媒介环境，实现媒体的可持续发展；其三：走出单纯市场化观念，投入文化视野。笔者最后将北京卫视、湖南卫视、浙江卫视与河北卫视分别从三个方面进行比较，以期找到河北卫视改进之方向，使频道形象清晰化；特色节目强势化；周末版个性化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social stratum in our country has taken place deeply since the reformation opens.Proceeding stratum divided no longer into pure produce occupancy and past rank stratum angle, but into section with occupation for foundation and organize occupancy circumstance of the buildup,economic and culture resources for standard.Accompany with the structural formation in new stratum in China, Chinese media entered the tide of medium layering, which actively or passively and consciously or unconsciously.The medium also must adapt to the actual need in new- appeared each stratum, find out the stratum need own most, and make an effort for homologous service in its offering.As one of mediums, Hebei Satellite Television entered the big tide of the medium layering too. Hebei Satellite Television met the unprecedented challenge,unfolded the antinomy not adapt to social stratum variety,which the channel fixed position is inaccurate,neglect to accepter’s variety,misunderstand accepter’s innate request, culture imperfection and the time assigns not scientific etc. According to me,the new social stratum has formed and affected society more and more stronger, resolve the contradiction from the innate character. Facing the different social stratum, how guarantee them at make use of the medium resources is a problem to acquire equal and fair rights, again well make open character, satisfy their different need become medium must want face to.To Hebei Satellite Television, the opportunity is keep both with challenge.There are three ways.First,understanding the deep need of accepter and developping the society integrates function.Second, Constructing the green medium environment and realizing the medium can keep on the development.Thirdly, Coming out the pure market idea and throwing in the culture visual field.Finally,! compared Peking Satellite Television,Hunan Satellite Television and Zhejiang Satellite Television with Hebei Satellite Television from three aspects,finded out the direction of improvement,which the channel image character turns,the characteristic program is eminent to turn and the weekend version character turns.更多还原
