【摘要】 “菌毒克星”是由吴德峰教授研制的一种免疫增强药物和治疗药物。本试验对“菌毒克星”的免疫增强作用做了研究。 本试验对“菌毒克星”在昆明系小白鼠体内诱生干扰素和白介素进行了研究。研究结果表明，试验组能够提高小白鼠体内IFN-γ和IL-2的水平。 本试验研究了“菌毒克星”在昆明系小白鼠体内对免疫球蛋白IgM和C3、C4水平的影响。试验结果表明，在用药两周后，试验组的IgM水平与对照组差异不明显，而C3、C4水平与对照组相比却有所下降。 本试验研究了“菌毒克星”增强体液免疫的作用。根据喂药后对攻禽流感H9毒株的SPF鸡血液抗体水平的检测，发现试验组的抗体产生快，维持的时间长。 本试验研究了“菌毒克星”在预防和治疗禽流感疾病中的作用。通过与安徽濉溪兽医院合作，对病鸡进行了治疗，取得了很好的治疗效果；对未发病鸡进行预防，受预防的鸡至今未发生禽流感病。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Jundukexing" is a medicament composed by Chinese traditional herbal medicine, which invented by Pro. Defeng Wu. It has two functions, one is to enhance the immunity, the other is to cure the disease. This examination has studied on che enhancing-immunity function . We studied on the effect of "Jundukexing" causing IL-2 and IFN- with mouse, and it proved that "Jundukexing" had such a effect.We studied on "Jundukexing" influencing the level of IgM, C3 andC4. After two weeks we found that the IgM level inexamination-group is no difference to the comparison-group,however , the level of C3 and C4 was great lower than that of thecomparison-group.We studied on the effect of " Jundukexing" enhancing thebody-immunity. By examining the antibody of AIV-H9 in chickenblood after given the medicine, we noticed thac the antibodyappeared more fast and can maintained longer in theexamination-group.We also studied on the effect of "Jundukexing" in preventingand curing AIV disease. By cooperation with the SuiXi veterinaryhospital, we achieved a good result in curing an preventing theAIV disease.更多还原
