基于Internet的轧机在线监测与故障诊断系统

【摘要】 机械设备的远程在线监测和故障诊断是计算机网络与通讯技术、数据库与决策支持技术和故障监测诊断技术相结合的一种机械设备故障诊断方式。基于Internet的远程在线监测和故障诊断技术倍受学术界和工业界的重视,并逐渐成为开发故障诊断系统的必然趋势。 本论文以武汉科技大学冶金设备研究所轧机试验台为研究对象,运用ADO、ActiveX组件、ASP、JSP、SQL数据库和CORBA及SOAP/Web Service等多种技术,利用C++Builder语言成功开发了一套轧机试验台的远程在线监测和故障诊断软件系统。整个软件系统由远程在线监测系统和故障诊断系统所组成。远程在线监测系统包括轧机试验台测点布置图、实时状态监测和信号报警三个部分。具有远程实时监测,智能化计算模块,完备健全的数据库存储方案,能够完成对各测点的实时数据的动态显示和报警功能。远程故障诊断系统由故障特征参数、工程师站、数据查询、故障查询、趋势分析和故障诊断方法等组成。具有便捷的趋势预测分析,历史数据、故障数据查询功能,和完善的故障诊断方法,能够在时域、频域、幅值域对设备进行故障诊断。并结合一个实际的故障样本进行诊断分析,判断出故障的类型、位置和严重情况,诊断结果与实际情况相符。系统采用了B/S模式,使得客户端不需要安装应用程序,只需要知道Web服务器的URL,就可以在异地通过输入IP地址直接访问本系统。为保证故障诊断网络的安全性,系统提供了在网络安全中应用最广泛的口令系统和防火墙技术。 通过试运行证明该系统具有较好的安全性,良好的可移植性、可扩充性和稳定性,对于今后的进一步完善和发展具有借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 The remote on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of machine is one of fault diagnosis ways, which is a joint of computer networks and communications technology, Database and decision-making sustain technology, fault monitoring and fault diagnosis technology. People in the fields of the industries and sciences are more and more paying attention to the technologies based on the internet of remote online monitoring and fault diagnosis, and therefore, it is becoming of inevitable trend.This paper has exploited a software system for remote on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis based on internet for mill drives, making use of C++ Builder language and many technologies including ADO, ActiveX, ASP, JSP, Database , CORBA and SOAP /Web Service, etc . This software system is composed of remote monitoring system and fault diagnosis system. The remote on-line monitoring system includes layout of measuring points, real-time monitoring and signal alarm. This system has remote real-time monitoring, has solved the dynamic display of the real-time data and has alarm-function, handy calculating, perfect database saving. The remote fault diagnosis system is composed of statistics trend analysis, fault characteristic parameters, engineering site, data query, fault query and fault diagnosis ways. This system has trend forecasting, history data querying, and fault diagnosis ways in the time-domain, frequency-domain and amplitude-domain .Moreover, predicating the fault causation, style and serious degree combined with a fault diagnosis instance, the result is consistent with the fact. Clients do not load any application programs and if they know only URL of web server and put into IP, they can visit the software system because the software system adopts technologies based on B/S mode. To ensure security of the network, the system provides password system and firewall technology.Running in the labor proved that the system interface is friendly and easy to study. It has better security, well portability, well expandability and well stability. The system has some ideas to borrow for more perfect in the future.
