地下矿山中深孔爆破设计专家系统研究

【摘要】 本文以程潮铁矿井下中深孔爆破为工程背景,在对矿山爆破知识表示方法及知识库的构造等进行研究的基础上,采用面向对象的编程技术,以Delphi为工作平台,用模块化的设计思想,通过综合运用专家系统原理、人工神经网络技术、模糊控制理论、数据库建立方法开发了一套具有实用价值的地下矿山中深孔爆破设计专家系统。 同时根据KUZ-RAM模型的应用条件,将平行孔向扇形中深孔转化作了一次等效转换,从而将KUZ-RAM模型在露天矿的应用引入地下矿山,并结合R-R分布曲线与实测块度分布曲线的关系,直接应用现场数据对KUZ-RAM数学模型进行了修正,建立了程潮铁矿主要的爆破参数计算公式。最后结合一个应用实例详细介绍了该专家系统的功能和使用方法,经过现场实践证明,其预测结果与实际相符,为地下矿山的爆破设计、块度控制、生产管理提供了一种有效的工具。

【Abstract】 Taking the medium-depth holes blasting of underground mine in Chengchao Iron Mine as engineering background, on the basis of the knowledge representation method of mineral blasting and the structure of knowledge base, the author adopts the technology of object-oriented programming and the idea of modularization on the Delphi platform. A practical expert system of medium-depth holes blasting design of underground mine is developed by synthetically using the principle of expert system, the technology of artificial neural network, the theory of fuzzy control and the method of database foundation.Meanwhile, according to the applying conditions of KUZ-RAM Model, an equivalent transformation from parallel holes to fan-shaped medium-depth holes is also put up to apply the KUZ-RUM Model in open mine to underground mine. Combining with the relation between the R-R distributing curve and the real measured block distributing curve, the KUZ-RAM mathematics model is amended and some main calculation formulae of blasting parameters in Chengchao Iron Mine are established by applying the field data directly. At last detailed introduction about the expert system’ s function and its use is given through a practical implementation, which proves that the prognostic results are in accordance with practice and thus an effective means is put forward for the blasting design, block controlling and production management of underground mine.
