粉喷桩复合地基承载特性的研究

【摘要】 改革开放的二十多年来,土木工程建设规模日益扩大,难度不断提高。土木工程功能化、城市建设立体化、交通高速化和改善综合居住条件成为现代土木工程的特征。现代土木工程建设对地基提出了更高的要求,随着我国现代化建设事业的发展,越来越多的土木工程需要对天然地基进行处理。 粉喷桩复合地基即是地基处理的方法之一,由于具有造价低、施工速度快、无噪音、无污染等优点,正在各类工程中广泛应用,具有极其广泛的前景。但是,由于粉喷桩复合地基的不确定因素多、问题复杂及难度大,人们对它的认识还不够,因而造成了粉喷桩复合地基在实际应用中的工程隐患和浪费。因此,有必要对粉喷桩复合地基的承载特性作进一步的研究,使理论研究与实际相吻合并指导实践,从而达到安全适用、经济合理的目地。 本文在总结前人的理论研究和试验成果的基础上,利用ANSYS大型有限元软件,对粉喷桩单桩复合地基的承载特性进行数值模拟,得出粉喷桩单桩复合地基承载特性的影响因素及其随影响因素变化而变化的规律:并在此基础上对粉喷桩多桩复合地基的承载特性进行研究,找出粉喷桩多桩复合地基承载特性随着影响因素变化而变化的规律,使所得结论对粉喷桩复合地基的设计与施工有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the 20 years opening-up and development in China , the scale of the civil engineering construction is broadening and the difficulty is enhanced, too. It is the characteristics of modern civil engineering that includes the civil engineering’s functionization, the city construction’s tridimensionalization ,the modernization of traffic and the improving the living condition. The foundation is faced a higher requirement due to the modern civil engineering construction. With the development of modernization in our country, it is necessary for us to deal with the natural foundation in order to satisfy this requirement.The dry-cement jet mixing pile composite foundation is one of methods to the foundation improvement, because of its low price, construction high speed ,no noise and no pollution, etc.. it is widely used in varied projects and has its own comprehensive prospect. But there are many insure factors, complexity and difficulties of the DJM pile composite foundation. What we know about it is narrow, which results in engineering’s insecurity and waste in practice. Hence , to assure the safety and economic, it is urgent to further study the bearing performances of the DJM pile composite foundation ,in which we can combine the theory with practice.In this paper, which is based on the formers’ theories and experimentations, numerical emulation experimentations are carried out on the bearing performances of the DJM pile composite foundation by using the finite element method(FEM) software of ANSYS. Through this method we can obtain the factors that influence the bearing performances of the single DJM pile composite foundation and the regularities according to the changes of these factors; then ,on the basis of them, we study the bearing performances of the multi-DJM piles composite foundation and acquire the regularities of them that are changed with the changes of the factors. The conclusions we get will be of some value in the engineering practice and construction.
