新世隆公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 本文运用企业经营战略的原理和方法,从宏观环境和微观环境两个方面,对新世隆超市外部环境进行了分析,认为加入WTO后,我国零售业面临的竞争环境更加激烈,新世隆超市必须正视企业面临的威胁与发展机遇,抓住机遇,发挥优势,走发展连锁经营集团化规模之路,实施战略联盟策略,实施品牌管理战略,实施企业供应链管理,培养企业文化,营造独特的经营特色,提高企业核心竞争力,求得公司的长远发展,为行业发展提供借鉴和方向。

【Abstract】 The article analyses the operation environment that XINSHILONG Supermarket facing with, by using the principle and method of enterprise operating strategy from the macro and micro aspects. The article states that after joining in WTO, the retail trade industry of our country will face with a rougher competitive Environment. As a retail enterprise, XINSHILONG Supermarket must face the threat directly. Accordingly, it should be united as one group. In the mean while, it must drive up a road of chain-expanding, brand management and strategic alliance, utilize the advantages of scale economy, set up the management of enterprise supply chain, raise excellent enterprise culture, and improve on the core competition of the enterprise.
