随车起重机产品市场容量分析

【摘要】 本项研究以产品策略分析方法为基础,针对随车起重机产品市场不断有新的竞争者进入,而石家庄煤矿机械有限责任公司其该产品的年销售增长缓慢这一事实,根据该产品的核心功能进行分析,并重新进行了对该产品的界定,以此作为产品市场容量考察范围的边界,进而重点研究了随车起重机市场总容量的现实状况和发展形势,得出随车起重机潜在市场容量的综合估计结果(市场总容量为2114—2857台且呈逐年上升趋势),为该产品的下一步发展决策奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 With new competitors entering into the Truck-Mounted Crane market and the annual sells of Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery Company Limited increasing slowly, this study redefines the product from its core function contracting with the former definition based on the method of product strategy analysis and its core function analysis. Furthermore, regarding this new definition as the border of reviewing the market capacitance of this product, it studies the present situations and future of Truck-Mounted Crane market capacitance. At last this study reaches the conclusion of latent market capacitance of Truck-Mounted Crane (The market capacitance of Truck-Mounted Crane is 2114-2857 each year and the trend will increase annually), and provides the base for the decision of product strategy
