浦口物流园区建设研究

【摘要】 随着市场经济的不断发展，物流园区的规划建设越来越重要。本文从介绍现代物流与物流园区的基本理论入手，通过实地走访调查和详实资料的查找，系统地分析了全国及南京物流的发展现状，浦口物流园区建设的优劣势及其面临的机遇和挑战，并在此基础上阐述了浦口物流园区建设发展的必要性和可行性。最后本文根据现代物流的特点，借鉴发达国家物流园区运作的成功经验，结合南京现代物流产业发展现状及规划，创新地提出了选择目标客户，引进外资和人才，建立双赢机制和共同配送体系，发展多式联运、电子物流和绿色物流等物流园区的经营策略，并又从选址、建设规模、主要功能设计和运作模式等方面系统地提出了浦口物流园区规划建设的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the development of the economy, the pre-design construction of logistics lands has become more and more important. This thesis is based on practical investigations and some detailed materials. Begining from the introduction of the basic theories of the modern logistics and logistics lands, the thesis analyses the development of logistics in nanjing and the whole country minutely, fouses on the necessity and feasibility of the construction and development of PuKou logistics. Besides, the thesis explores the function fixed position and strategy aims of the future main logistics land in north of Nanjing , PuKou logistics land. What’ s more, it puts forward the imaginations of recommending foreign finance and talents, buliding the common compounding and double-win systems, developing the strategy of electronical and green logistics as well as the overall arrangement and selecting addresses, the construction scale , the main function and motivating pattern. All of these ideas are built on the researchs of the advantages and disadvantages , opportunities and challenges of the construction of PuKou logistics land.更多还原
