机载天线跟踪系统设计及工程实现

【摘要】 本文以机载天线跟踪系统的研制为背景,研究了系统总体设计方案,提出了基于GPS、电子罗盘和水平仪的稳定跟踪系统实施方案,并进行了具体工程实现,值得一提的是,系统控制器采用了双微处理器结构,该控制器具有体积小、重量轻、集成度高、宽温工作等特点。通过对系统进行低温和冲击振动环境试验和车载实验,验证了系统的可靠性、稳定性及准确性,达到了性能指标要求。同时,由天线伺服系统中存在着的齿隙非线性现象,引申出了针对伺服系统中的齿隙非线性问题的研究,运用智能PID、补偿、角差负反馈等控制策略进行了仿真研究,有效地改善了系统性能,为进一步研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 In order to develop the airborne antenna tracking system, the most attention is paid to the design and implementation of the airborne antenna tracking system, which is based on the Global Position System, electronic compass and tilt sensor component. And the implementation of the controller is based on dual microprocessors, and the characteristic of the controller includes small cubage, light weight, high integration and broad operation temperature. The reliability, stability and the accuracy of the system are verified with the test of the low temperature and the vibration. And the expected performance index of the system is achieved. At the same time, the backlash is studied. In order to reduce the influence of backlash to the system, the control strategy of intelligent PID, compensation control and feedback of angle difference are introduced. The results of computer simulation prove that the above methods are feasible.
