统计过程控制技术在流程型化工生产中的应用

【摘要】 本文从提高产品质量方面入手,以流程型化工生产为例,讲述了如何利用SPC的控制图来实时分析、控制和改进过程生产中产品的质量及成品的质量。改变了过去一贯以最终检验为手段的质量控制过程,强调过程监控,全员参与,并用科学的方法检验和预防全过程的质量波动,从而为企业带来全方位的利益。本文分别用单值—极差控制图、滑动控制图和累积和控制图对A厂的中间产品的指标如粘度、色值和端竣基在某段时间内的波动进行了分析,列举了几种异常现象的波动情况并阐明原因。同时针对A厂有前后两道密切相关的加工工序的特点,以粘度为例,采用两种质量诊断方法分析各工序对产品质量的影响,从而提高了分析判断的准确性。 最后,本文分析了A企业未能实施SPC的原因及如何有效实施的方法。

【Abstract】 This article takes example of flow chemical industry to talk about how to real-time analyze, control and improve the quality of product. It changes the way of depending on the final check in the past, emphasizes the process supervise, all people participate in and preventing the quality fluctuation by scientific way. It brings full-scale benefits for the enterprise.The article analyze the quality fluctuations of some indexs of product such as viscosity, color and COOH by use of X-Rs flipping and cumulation control drawing. Enumerates some fluctuation situations and explains the reason. Because A plant has two closely related processes, it uses "two kind of quality diagnose ways" to analyze quality of product such as viscosity, thus improve the accuracy of judgment.Finally, the article analyze the reason that why the A plant hasn’t put in practice of SPC and the way of how to actualize.
