当代交通施工企业的设备管理模式研究

【摘要】 设备管理已成为现代企业管理的一个重要组成部分，尤其对于拥有设备数量多价值大的施工企业，设备管理意义更显深远。作者曾在南京市交通工程总公司实习考察了五个月，因此本文重点研究交通工程施工企业内的设备管理模式、传统的设备管理模式主要讨论设备管理过程中的备件管理、润滑管理、动力设备能源管理、设备使用管理、维修管理、设备使用人员的管理等方面，涵盖了设备管理各个基础方面，而本论文所研究的设备管理模式不是泛泛而谈设备管理工作范围内的各项事务，而是从如何有效提高管理水平和工作效率，降低公司成本的角度出发，侧重于管理思想管理技术的应用，主要从以下三个方面进行阐述。在设备管理的组织结构上，独立组建设备中心，全权负责设备管理工作，并结合当前市场经济的宏观环境，开展社会租赁与内部租赁活动；在设备管理的执行方法上，积极吸取当前世界先进设备管理理论的精华，实行以5S为基础，设备点检为核心，ABC分类管理方法为工具，目标管理为手段的全面动态管理；最后，在设备管理重大维修项目中运用网络计划技术，可为企业大幅度节约成本，提高工作效率。期望能在如上所述的三个重要方面创建较为实用的管理理论和操作方法，以形成一个能在交通施工企业内有效应用的设备管理模式，促进交通施工企业设备管理水平的进步，提高其市场竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facility management has become one of the most important part of modern businss management, especially to communication engineering corporation, which owns large numbers of expensive facilities, facility management means more significant. The author has practised in nanjing communication engineering corporation for about five months, so this dissertation mainly studied facility management mode of communication engineering corporation.In the frame, establish one facility centre , which takes charge of all the facility management work, andimplements tenancy-out and tenancy-in business under the market economy.Second, form the total dynamic management technique, which consists of 5s, point inspection and regular repair management, ABC management and management by objective .Finally, exert CPM in the facility maintenance. The author expects to put forward one series of effectual measures and form one facility management mode of the communication engineering corporation, which will enhance facility management enormously.更多还原
