合肥卷烟厂品牌发展战略研究

【摘要】 本文对合肥卷烟厂的品牌战略发展环境(内部环境与外部环境)进行了深入的、有针对性的分析,在现代企业品牌发展战略理论的基础上,结合笔者多年的工作经验,论述了合肥卷烟厂的品牌定位、设计与传播的实施内容、过程及原则,合肥卷烟厂品牌发展战略体系的构建等,同时概括总结了品牌发展的相关战略及保护措施。 论文的主要目的是为企业实施品牌战略提供一个分析思路,为合烟实施品牌战略提供一个决策方案,对合烟的品牌研究提出笔者的想法和意见,努力挖掘企业品牌发展的资源。

【Abstract】 this article have a punctual, deep analysis in the brand strategy development of Hefei cigarette factory (interior and exterior): on the base of the modern enterprise’s brand development strategy theory, integrate the writer’s working experiences for many years, describe the brand location, design; the implement content, course and principle of the brand broadcasting, the establishing of the brand system development strategy in Hefei cigarette factory, also summarize the adjoining strategies and protect measures of the brand development.The major purposes of the article is to supply and analysis thought for the brand strategy implement, bring out a decision scheme for Hefei cigarette factory to carry out the brand strategy, represent the thoughts and suggestions of writer, struggle for excavate more sources about the enterprise’s brand development.
