机载设备智能故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 机载设备的性能检测与故障诊断是飞机地勤维护中的一个重要方面。由于运八系列飞机上装备的机载设备种类比较多,测试信号复杂,单纯使用一种故障诊断方法很难达到故障诊断与隔离的目的。为此,在运八系列飞机机载设备智能故障诊断系统采用了多种诊断方法相结合的策略,集成了智能分析系统、故障树诊断系统和维修与指导系统,分别适用于具有不同测试性能的机载设备,并且利用典型设备的故障诊断对各子系统进行了验证。 在智能分析系统的设计中,融合了专家系统、模糊诊断与神经网络三种诊断方法,提高了故障检出率;在故障树诊断系统中,对故障树节点的性质加以定义,丰富了故障树的形式;维修指导系统不依赖性能检测的数据,通过程序编制,重点解决了故障的定位问题。 机载设备智能故障诊断系统可以完成对运八系列飞机上装备的172个待测LRU的故障诊断与隔离,较原型机、单台机的故障诊断而言具有通用、故障检出率高的特点。具有良好的扩展性,可以推广到其它机型机载设备的故障诊断中。 最后,本文说明了机载设备智能故障诊断系统存在的不足以及未来故障诊断发展的方向。

【Abstract】 The performance test and fault diagnosis for air-borne equipments is an important facet of airplane maintenance in ground service. There are many kinds of air-borne equipments and the signals to be measured are complex, it is hard to attain the goal of fault diagnosis and isolation just use one method. The intelligent fault diagnosis system adopts several methods and integrates three subsystems which are intelligent analysis system, fault-tree diagnosis system and maintenance guidance system in the fault diagnosis platform. This paper also tests each subsystem by the fault diagnosis for typical equipment.The expert system, the fuzzy logic and the NN are combined to improve the test efficiency, in the design of intelligent analysis system, In the design of the fault-tree diagnosis system, the property of the fault tree nodes is defined which enriches the form of the fault tree. The maintenance guidance system doesn’t depend on the data of the performance test, it solves the problem of fault orientation.The comprehensive automatic test equipment(XX-ATE) for xx series airplanes can test 172 LRUs on the xx-series airplanes, its test efficiency is higher than the test equipment for archetype. The system has good expansibility, it can be extended to other kind of airplane’s fault diagnosis system.Finally this paper explains the shortcomings of the intelligent fault diagnosis system and points out the future direction of the fault diagnosis.
