阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷的制备与表征

【摘要】 论文以苯、二氯乙烷以及溴为原料，研究了阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷的合成路线，对合成方法进行了研究和改进，合成出了白度较好，产率较高的十溴二苯乙烷。 在十溴二苯乙烷的工艺研究中，合成了中间体1，2—二苯乙烷、十溴二苯乙烷化合物，并对整个反应机理进行了探讨。对所合成的化合物，通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)等进行了结构表征，并通过示差扫描热分析仪(DSC)进行了热分析。同时通过对正交实验的结果及数据处理，讨论了反应时间、温度等因素对反应的影响，确定了各步合成中较佳的实验条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is about the study of preparation and production process of Decabromodiphenylethane ( DBDPE ).In the paper, two different chemicals were synthesized, including 1, 2-Dipenylethane and Decabromodiphenylethane. The effects of various conditions to reaction were studied. The reaction mechanisms were discussed. The products were confirmed by IR, NMR , DSC .Through the orthogonal experiment and data processing, the effect of reaction time and temperature was discussed. The good process conditions were obtained and high rate of production.good quality were studied.更多还原
