火炸药典型生产过程安全性分析与评价

【摘要】 火炸药危险源安全评价一直是人们关心和讨论的课题。原兵总的BZA-1法可以对火炸药危险源现实危险度进行有效的评价,但它也存在一些有待改进和补充的内容。原有BZA-1法中对火炸药典型生产工艺过程危险性因素考虑不够全面,从而在对某些产品及其生产过程进行安全评价时,易造成一定的主观随意性,以至会影响评价结果的科学严密性、切实准确性和可比性。本文在吸收国内外几种典型常用危险评价方法的基础上,对原方法作了一些补充、改进,对改进后的评价方法(BZA-2法)进行了系统阐述。并结合运用BZA-2法对黑索今生产线几个典型生产单元进行的危险性评估结果,进一步完善BZA-2法。改进后的评估方法,将在提高有关行业安全生产水平方面发挥更积极的推动作用。

【Abstract】 Safety evaluation of explosives and powders is an important task of concerns and discussions. The former BZA-1 method is an effective one employed to evaluate the reality risk of explosion sources. However, it still has some shortages. The former BZA-1 method is in scarce of the systematic quantitative safety evaluation for the operations of processes and equipments of explosives and powders producing. So when we do the safety evaluation for some production, the consequence will lose it’ s accuracy and comparison. Some discussions complements and improvements to the former BZA-1 method are given in this paper. And we carry out the analysis of danger and the research of safety control for the operation of process and equipment of RDX producing. The new safety evaluation method will raise the level of safety production in related field.
