普通车床数控改造及加工误差补偿问题的研究

【摘要】 结合普通车床的数控改造,对车削力引起工件变形而产生的加工误差补偿问题进行探讨。通过分析误差产生机理,建立误差解算模型,编制误差修正程序,借助数控装置,设计开环补偿型控制系统,自动调节进刀量,在数控改造的普通车床上实现加工误差的自动补偿。 研究结果表明,在数控改造普通车床的过程中,利用计算机软件技术,预测加工误差,实施自动补偿,可以经济而有效地提高工件车削加工质量。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the issue of the machining error compensation , which is produced by the distortion of the workpiece led by the turning force . After the analysis of the machining error , the disorganization former , the revising program of error and in virtue of the numerical set , the controlling system which is open compensation is designed , the system can modulate the quantum of the blade automatically which realized the automatic compensation of the machine error in the numerical controlling lathe.The result which is investigated indicates that we can economically and effectively increase the machining quality of the turning workpiece . if we can make full use of the technique of the software of computer , forecast the turning error and actualize the automatical compensation.
