路桥施工企业材料管理及控制方法的研究

【摘要】 路桥施工企业是一个具有连续性生产过程的企业,其材料费用占总施工费用的60%以上,增强路桥施工企业材料管理的有效性就成为提高企业竞争力的关键。 首先,本文通过一般企业与路桥施工企业物流管理内容的对比,指出在路桥施工企业,包含于物流管理过程中的材料管理的范围和管理重点; 其次,分别对材料采购管理、材料供应商管理、材料生产耗用管理这三个材料管理重点,进行定性与定量的控制方法的探讨并给出实证分析。在生产耗用管理中,提出了一个材料生产耗用预警系统,实际的运行结果表明了利用该预警系统能较好控制施工过程中的材料耗用; 最后,提出了对路桥施工企业内部环境进行改善的建议,以便为管理过程中控制方法的顺利实施提供保障。

【Abstract】 Constructional enterprise of road and bridge, which has continuous processing and belong to flow enterprise, builds all kinds of constructions using all sorts of materials by modern ways. Raw materials controlling plays an important role in raising enterprise’s abilities.In this thesis, the raw materials chain is analyzed. With the characteristic of the raw material chain in the certain enterprise, the main research of this thesis concentrates on the flowing parts: purchase management, supplier management and production management. Methods combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis is put into the managements. Especially in the research of production management, a raw material early warning system designed is given. And the system has been put into real use. Results show that the system fits the requirement of the certain enterprise.The last part of this thesis gives some advice on improving the convenience of constructional enterprise in order to put all methods that are discussed in this thesis into real use smoothly.
