连云港市温泉旅游度假区发展规划研究

【摘要】 随着当代旅游业的蓬勃发展，旅游发展规划已越来越显得重要。本文从连云港市温泉旅游度假区的实际情况出发，以旅游规划基本理论为基础，充分借鉴国内外旅游及其相关规划的最新研究成果，系统地进行了温泉旅游度假区的旅游发展规划研究。 本文首先进行了旅游规划基本理论分析，并对度假区旅游规划模式作了一些探讨，提出了旅游规划的“3142”模式。接着对连云港市温泉旅游度假区进行了发展系统分析，重点进行了资源和客源市场的调查分析。最后对温泉旅游度假区进行了具体的发展规划，并将可持续发展的理念贯穿其中，为度假区的进一步发展提出了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the rapidly development of modern tourism industry, tourism development planning has become more and more important. In this paper, according to the actual facts of Lian yungang Hotsping Tour and Holiday-spending Zone, I studied the Hotsping Tour and Holiday-spending Zone planning based on the newest theories of domestics and abroad.This paper firstly looks back the basic theories of tourism planning and relevant modes, especially that of "3142". Secondly, Hotsping Tour and Holiday-spending Zone development system, especially resources and customers markets investigation has also been studied. Lastly, the author puts forward some developing plan in details and new ideas for further development of the Holiday-spending Zone with the sustainable ideas.更多还原
