QFD及模糊综合评判在注塑模设计过程中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文在分析注塑模设计过程中两个难点问题的基础上提出采用QFD和模糊综合评判分别解决设计过程中成型物料选择、浇口设计与可制造性评判的思想。 全文首先介绍了注塑模设计的过程,QFD与模糊综合评判的概念,对QFD及模糊综合评判在注塑模设计中应用的可行性进行了探讨。随后分析了成型物料和浇口的技术参数,构建了QFD成型物料选择和浇口设计的过程模型。最后,分析了注塑模设计可制造性的影响因素,建立了注塑模可制造性评判指标体系与评判隶属函数,构建了注塑模可制造性模糊综合评判模型。并对上述每种模型运用实际案例进行了检验。

【Abstract】 After analyzed two difficulties of injection-mould design-material selection and gate design, this paper brought forward making use of quality function deployment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve those problems.First the paper introduced the concept and process of mould design as well as the concept of quality function deployment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, discussed the feasibility of quality function deployment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Second, the paper analyzed the technical parameter of selection, set up a quality function deployment process model. Third, following analyzed some factors, which affects the manufacturability, the paper set up a technical evaluation index system and membership functions, and moreover, established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Last, the paper employed a real case to check out the quality function deployment process model as well as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
