基于虚拟仪器的网络测控技术研究

【摘要】 当今测控技术的发展趋势为虚拟仪器网络化测控。本文给出了用美国国家仪器公司(National Instruments,简称NI)的产品构建虚拟仪器网络化测控系统平台的方法。 本文第一章说明了测控技术的发展趋势及文章的主要内容;第二章介绍了虚拟仪器的概念、特点、发展趋势、分类及软件开发环境;第三章介绍了PXI总线和SCXI总线,介绍了一种优秀的虚拟仪器软件开发平台LabVIEW的特点,给出了构建虚拟仪器网络测控系统硬件平台以及软件的方法;第四章总结并以实例详细说明了LabVIEW实现网络通信的几种方法:TCP或UDP通信、DataSocket、VI Server、Web Server及远程面板技术,其中所有实例均已通过本文作者在本文提到的网络平台中调试并正常运行,文中还介绍了本文作者在调试过程中的一些经验和体会;第五章总结并比较了用LabVIEW访问数据库的五种方法,并以实例详细说明了本文作者提出的对免费的LabSQL工具包中的VI进行改进从而实现对局域网上的数据库服务器SQL Server 2000的访问的方法;第六章为工作总结及本文作者对本文课题研究改进和发展的建议。

【Abstract】 The current trend of the measuring and control technology is to use virtual instrument measuring and controlling through network. This paper elaborates how to build the networked measuring and control system platform based on the products of National Instruments.The first chapter of this paper introduces the developing trend of the measuring and control technology and the main paradigm of this paper. The second chapter introduces the concept, characteristics, trend, sorts of virtual instrument and its software developing platforms. In the third chapter, the PXI bus , SCXI bus and the specialties of LabVIEW, an excellent virtual instrument software developing platform are introduced and the methods to build the harware platform and the sotware of a networked measuring and control system are described. Chapter 4 sums up the several means of LabVIEW to realize communication through network which are TCP or UDP communication, DataSocket, VI Server, Web Server and remote panels technology. Chapter 4 also interprets those means through some example programs proved to run in order on the network platform mentioned in this paper with the experience of the author in programming introduced. Chapter 5 compares the several ways by which LabVIEW can access database and illustrates a way proposed by the author of this paper in modifying the VIs in the free toolkit LabSQL to realize accessing the SQL 2000 Server in LAN. Chapter 6 interprets the improvement of the research conducted by the author of this paper.
