中国家庭中妇女受暴问题的法学研究

【摘要】 家庭暴力是一个全球性的社会问题，它主要根植于男权主义和妇女在社会上、历史上的从属地位。反对家庭暴力业已成为全人类共同的话题。本文以历史发展为主线，以美国、加拿大、挪威、韩国、台湾等国家和地区的家庭暴力法案为基础，对家庭暴力的内涵、法律特征以及不同的法律文化对家庭暴力立法的影响进行了详细、深入地分析，并结合我国的实际情况，对我国建立反家庭暴力立法阐明了个人观点和立法建议，以期人们从法律、社会、心理等各层面对家庭暴力的受害者给予更全面、更具体、更适当的协助，以取得更好的社会效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family violence is a global society issue . The main reason of this issue is malism and the view that women are vassal in history and society. Anti-family-violence has become the common issue of all human being. With the clew of history and based on the cases and laws in the U.S, Canada, Norway, Korea, Taiwan and other regions, this thesis analyses the connotation of family violence, legal feature of family violence and influence on anti- family-violence legislation ofvary legal ideological system, raises the author’s point of views and the relatedlegislative suggestion. The purpose of this thesis is to expect people to help the family violence victim from legal, society, psychological angles so as to get better societyaffects.更多还原
