锅炉安全监测自动监控记录仪系统设计

【摘要】 锅炉安全监测自动监控记录仪(锅炉黑匣子)系统主要用于监测锅炉故障的各种参数,实时监督可能发生的锅炉故障并记录故障发生的类型和时间。自动监控记录仪的硬件系统要完成转换信号电压、采集和存储故障信息以及和PC机通信的一系列的功能。软件系统除了采集数据外还具有数据库管理以及报表打印的功能。随着接口技术和存储技术的发展,记录仪系统还采用了外部海量存储器用于存放大量的故障信息。 本文将整个自动监控记录仪系统分为软件系统和硬件系统分别加以介绍。软件系统介绍了如何使用可视化程序设计工具C++ Builder对人机界面进行设计,其中又详细说明了数据采集和数据库管理功能的实现。硬件系统分析了在单片机89C51的基础上如何利用时钟芯片DS12887、存储芯片DS1230Y和串口通信芯片MAX232对故障信息进行采集存储和通信,同时又介绍了如何利用USB接口对外部海量存储器进行读写操作以及PC机如何通过USB接口获取USB移动存储器上的数据文件并将其转换成锅炉故障信息。

【Abstract】 Automatic observing grapher system for monitoring boiler safety is mainly applied to monitor the parameters of boiler’s breakdown, real-time monitor the underlying boiler breakdown and record their happening time and types. Automatic observing grapher’s hardware system should accomplish the serious function such as conversing signal voltage, collecting and memorizing breakdown information and communication with Personal Computer. Software should bear the function as managing database and printing reports besides collecting data. With the development of the technology of interface and memory, this system also exploits outside mass memory to place a large amount of breakdown information.This passage divides the whole automatic observing grapher into software system and hardware system. Software system introduce how to device human-computer interface with the visual program devising instrument -C++ Builder, among which there is a detail account of the realization of the function of collecting data and managing data-base. Hardware system analyzes how to take advantage of real-time clock chip DS 12887, memory chip DS1230Y and serial-port communication chip MAX232 to collect and memorize the breakdown information as well as communicate with it; it also introduces how to utilize USB serial-port to run the reading and writing operation of outside mass memory and how to acquire the data document from USB mobile memory and transform it into breakdown of the boiler through USB serial-port.
