提高染料废水生物降解性的研究

【摘要】 本文以提高染料废水生物降解性进而提高生化法在处理染料废水中的效率为目的,针对现有的一系列提高废水生物降解性的方法进行了研究。研究结果表明:与混凝沉淀法、兼氧法、Fenton试剂氧化法几种预处理方法相比,内电解法不仅对染料废水的CODcr及色度去除率高,而且对染料废水的生物降解性的提高最有效;利用内电解与固定化光合细菌联合处理工艺可以有效提高染料废水的生物降解性。废水经内电解与固定化光合细菌联合处理后,其出水可直接用于好氧处理,好氧处理对CODcr去除率可达75%以上,其出水CODcr降至187mg/l。

【Abstract】 The objective of this paper is to improve the efficiency of biological oxidation process in treating dyestuff wastewater .A series of methods that can improve the biodegradability of dyestuff wastewater were studied .The result shows compare to coagulation process facultative process and Fenton’s reagent oxidation process ,the iron-carbon internal electrolysis is more efficient in reducing the Chemical Oxygen Demand (CODcr )and colority and in improving biodegradability of dyestuff wastewater; The combined treatment of iron-carbon internal electrolysis and fixation Photosynthetic Bacteria anaerobic process may effectively improve the biodegradability of dyestuff wastewater. Through iron-carbon internal electrolysis and Photosynthetic Bacteria anaerobic process, the effluent can be degraded easily by aerobic process .The removal efficiency of CODcr of aerobic process is above 75%, the CODcr of aerobic process effluent has reduced to 187mg/l.
