汽车安全带预紧器用气体发生器的研究

【摘要】 本课题研究了汽车安全带预紧器用气体发生器,主要研究内容有:桥丝直径对点火头电感度的影响;硫氰酸铅[Pb(SCN)2]和苦味酸钾[C6H2O7N3K]两类点火药的电感度;点火具的装药设计;气体发生剂的设计等。研究结果表明:当桥丝直径为0.05mm,点火药为Pb(SCN)2/KC103/KC104,气体发生剂为2/1樟单基发射药时,气体发生器的技术指标可达到最小发火电流≤2A(2ms),最大安全电流≥0.4A(10s),工作压力~45.0MPa,工作时间<8ms。

【Abstract】 A gas generator for the pre-tensioner of car-belt is studied in this paper. The main research includes: the effect of the diameter of bridgewire to the electric sensitivity, the electric sensitivity of Pb(SCN)2 and C6H3O7N6K igniting compositions, the design of the squib charge and the design of the gas generant. The research results indicate that with the bridgewire diameter to be 0.05mm, the igniting composition to be Pb(SCN)2/KClO3/KClO4, the gas generant to be 2/1 Camphor single-based propellant , the gas generator can attain a technic index as follows:(1) The minimal ignition current to be less than 2A(2ms);(2) The maximum safety current to be larger than 0.4A(10s);(3) Working pressure to be about 45. OMpa;(4) Working time to be less than 8ms.
