GMAW焊熔池信息识别及熔深控制技术研究

【摘要】 针对熔化极富氩气体保护焊接电弧光谱特点,设计了直接视觉检测法用于熔池图像的检测,获得了清晰的熔池图像。针对不同规范下的熔池,以熔渣的运动为观察对象,分析了熔渣运动特征及其与熔池流动性的关系。从灰度特征角度分析研究了熔池图像特征,并以此为依据进行了相应的图像处理,区分出熔池区和熔合区,获取了熔池形状的几何参数。在几种特殊工艺条件下,进行了焊接和图像采集试验,获得了具有焊缝缺陷的熔池图像,并对其图像特征进行了分析研究,为建立视觉图像和焊缝质量的关系进行了有益的探索。 利用神经网络和因子分析方法,设计了熔深预测模型,并对模型精度进行了验证。采用模糊控制方法,设计研究了熔深的在线控制技术方案,为进一步深入控制做了准备。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic of GMAW arc spectrum, the method of the direct pool vision detection was proposed. For the imagines catches in the different welding parameters, the movement of the pool was studied by means of the slag drifted on face of the pool.The pool imagine was analyzed from gray value features, and the pool area and bond area was differentiated by raising the contrast, and then the pool and the geometrical parameters of the pool are obtained.When researching on the connection of the pool imagines and the weld, some pool imagines in the special parameters with the weld defects were manually obtained to analyze the character of it from the imagines.The model of the penetration was designed in two different ways and it was testified with experimental data at the same time. In the ways of the penetration control design thought, the blue print of fussy control was proposed and it would make fundamental preparations for the advanced control.
