新一代杆式脱壳穿甲弹的强度分析与结构优化设计

【摘要】 本文以30mm尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹为研究对象,对其膛内发射动态强度、振动特性和结构优化设计问题进行了系统而深入的理论分析、数值模拟和计算研究。 根据尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹的几何形状特点,建立了尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹强度分析和振动分析的三维有限元计算模型。应用Ansys软件计算穿甲弹膛内发射过程中的强度并对对弹体进行了多方案比较设计,得到了较满意的设计方案。 利用建立的三维有限元模型,计算分析了30阶尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹的振动固有特性,得到了各阶振动的固有频率及响应振型。 结合弹丸发射过程中膛内火药气体压力和过载,计算分析了在瞬态响应条件下的弹丸振动响应曲线;综合弹丸强度分析和振动响应计算结果,分析了30尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹的结构设计特点和设计中要注意的问题。 本文研究成果能为尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹的设计分析、研制、改型和事故分析提供参考,这种计算分析方法对提高脱壳穿甲弹的设计质量和效率,降低设计成本,有较大的实用价值。

【Abstract】 This thesis presents theoretic analysis, numerical simulation and calculational studies on dynamic launching strength and vibration analysis during launching and structure optimization design of 30 fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator.A finite element method model of three-dimension strength and vibration analysis for a fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator is established. Using ANSYS software, calculate the strength of fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator during launching, and optimize construction of the projectile body for fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator, giving satisfactory results.By the finite element method model, Natural frequency and vibration model of some project fin-stabilitde sabot-discarded penetrator during launching are calculated and analyzed.Based on the gas pressure distribution and its variation during launching, the vibration graph of the projectile are calculated under transient response. According to the calculation results of dynamic strength analysis and vibration responses, the probable reason of the in-bore accident for fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator is analyzed.The research achievement provides valuable theory and advanced engineering method for engineering design, manufacture, improve and accident analysis of fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator, and it has higher practical value to improve quality and efficiency of design, and reduce design cost for fin-stabilited sabot-discarded penetrator.
