基于VXI的弹药工程测试系统集成研究

【摘要】 VXI总线标准是在VME总线和GPIB总线的基础上发展起来的仪器系统总线,它集中了两种总线的全部优点,其优越性能使其在航天、船舶、电子、军工领域应用广泛。另外,VXI总线仪器有很强的功能集成性,因此,可以看出VXI总线仪器非常适合组建中、大规模,精度要求较高的自动控制测试系统。 在弹药开发试验过程中,弹药工程测试参数通常有:爆炸冲击波、介质压力、介质加速度、瞬态温度,介质应变等,它们均是高冲击、高频响、高过载、高温等动态信号,就这要求测试系统要具有多通道,信号采集精度高,响应速度快,适合捕捉瞬态信号,通用性好,组建快捷等特点。 针对弹药工程测试参数的特点,本文详细论证了使用VXI总线仪器组建测试系统的可行性及优势所在,介绍了测试系统硬件组建结构及模块的选择依据,按照VPP规范进行VXI测试系统软件集成的详细方法,以及对测试数据进行进一步分析和特征提取的方法论证及软件实现。最后,通过爆炸冲击测试实验,从实践方面验证了系统的可行性与性能。

【Abstract】 The criterion of VXIbus is developed based on VME bus and GPIB bus. It integrates the advantages of the two kinds of data bus. For this reason, it has been widely used in the fields of space flight, ship industry, electronics and war industry. Otherwise, the VXIbus instrumentation has powerful ability of function integrating. Now, it is clear to see that the VXIbus instrumentation is very suitable for designing moderate and large scales, high precision auto control system and test system.In the test process of ammunition development, the parameters in ammunition field generally are explosion shock wave, medium pressure, medium acceleration, instantaneous temperature and medium strain etc. They are dynamic signals that have the characteristics of high shock, high frequency response, high load and high temperature. Thus, the test system must be a universal system that has multiple channels, high precision and is suitable for capturing instantaneous signals; on the other hand, the system also must be set up easily and quickly.According to the characteristics of ammunition engineering parameters, the thesis demonstrates the feasibility and advantages that set up system by VXIbus instrumentation in detail. It also introduces the system structure and how to choose the VXI module, how to implement the integration of test software according to VPP and the methods of signal processing. At last, the test system was proved to be a suitable system in ammunition testing field by experiments.
