捷联惯导/GPS组合导航在弹箭上的应用研究

【摘要】 本文结合弹箭导航的特点将惯导/GPS组合导航系统应用于弹箭的制导。 首先,本文论述了制导弹药总体方案设计,包括气动力布局选择,控制力形成方式,制导方案选择及弹上控制系统结构等。论述了捷联惯导系统原理,并结合弹箭的飞行特性进行了程序编排及仿真。其次,针对弹箭发射时有较大冲击,惯导系统无法工作的特点,本文提出并设计了解决大冲击条件下惯导初始对准方法。解决了制约惯导在大冲击下应用的惯导初始对准问题。本文对组合导航系统原理及组合模式进行了论述,并设计了组合系统卡尔曼滤波器。最后,对本系统的数据采集部分的软硬件进行了设计,包括惯导参数的采集和GPS接收机信息的接收。根据系统要求设计了六通道并行采样方案,系统采用高集成度、高性能的器件,缩小了电路体积,提高了系统稳定性。

【Abstract】 In the paper, in view of the characteristic of shell/missile’ s control and guide, SINS/GPS integrated navigation system is applied to shell/missile.Firstly, The whole scheme of shell/missile integrated navigation system is introduced. Including the selection of aerodynamic force layout, the mode of coming into being control power, mode of navigation, the control system’ s structure of shell etc. The paper introduce the principle of SINS(Strap-down Inertial Guidance System), and complete procedure arranging and simulating. Secondly, In term of characteristic which shell shall get great force of impact when it is launched, The paper designs the initial alignment methods for the SINS working on this condition. In addition, the paper discusses the principle of integrated navigation system and the integrated mode, and designs kalman filter of integrated system. Finely, the paper designs software and hardware of data acquisition system(DAS), which can collect SINS parameter and receiving GPS information. To meet system’ s demand, the paper designs 6-channels simultaneous sampling scheme. To reduce the room of circuit and improve the stability, the highly integrated level, predominant, special IC is used in this system.
