基于Intranet的SPC理论在变速器生产过程中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先对SPC理论及其常用工具进行了阐述,在充分借鉴国内外企业生产现场管理经验的基础上,结合南京菲亚特自动车有限公司变速器厂生产过程的特点,开发设计了基于Intranet的SPC软件系统。 全文以软件工程思想为基础,完成了系统的功能分析、可行性分析、数据流分析等工作,在此基础上,建立了基于IDEF方法的系统功能模型和数据模型,完成了基于UML的系统数据库的设计工作,并构造了基于模糊识别的故障诊断专家系统,最后给出了完整的运行实例。文中对过程质量控制中所用的控制图采用了一种全新的设计方法,即将(?)图和EWMA图各自优点融合起来,设计了(?)图、R图与EWMA图联合控制的方案。文中还详细阐述了故障源与控制图以及直方图异常模式之间的关系,构造了基于专家知识的模糊关系矩阵,并成功地用于故障诊断。文中所建的模糊数学模型用于控制图、直方图异常模式的计算机自动识别问题。通过实例测试,所形成的SPC软件系统达到了原设计指标要求。

【Abstract】 After introducing SPC theory and usual tools briefly, and considering fully the characteristics of production line in the transmission plant, which belongs to Nanjing Fiat Automobile Corp., a SPC soft system is designed, which bases on Intranet and managerial skills in the paper.According to the software engineering theory, functional requirement, feasibility analysis, data flow analysis and so on, are accomplished successfully, and system functional model and data model are built by using IDEF method. and this system database is fulfilled initially by UML, a fault diagnosis expert system, which bases on fuzzy recognition is constructed, and a whole run procedure of the SPC soft system is demonstrated at last. Combining the advantage of x chart with the EWMA chart, several kinds of control chart for process are designed in a completely new design method, which is composed of chart? R chart and EWMA chart. The relationship between fault sources and all exceptional patterns of control chart and histogram is expatiated in the paper, a fuzzy relation matrix which bases on expert knowledge is built too, and shown successfully in fault diagnosis. For realizing automatic recognition to all exceptional pattern by control chart and histogram, each mathematical model of the exceptional pattern is built. By a example, the SPC soft system is proven achieving all of the original design aims.
