【Abstract】 A strain of phytase producing bacteria was screened from soil. The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the strain were studied. Otherwise, the phytase is purified. The optimum temperature of phytase producing process is about 55 C and the optimum pH is pH5.5. The molecular weight of phytase is about 14kD.更多还原
