智能喷水灭火装置研究与开发

【摘要】 目前,火灾监控系统的研究集中在火灾的探测与识别及大规模的联动系统可靠性工作的方面。室内消防装置雨淋系统与火灾监控系统的布置相分离,喷水方向固定,不能自动寻找火源方向,大空间灭火的消防水炮需在人的操作下实现定向喷射。为能将火灾在发生初期准确扑灭,同时也为了简化消防设备,降低成本,本文对集火灾监控与灭火于一体的装置进行了研究与开发,该装置在火灾发生后能自动扫瞄寻找火源,定向喷射。研究的主要内容包括:总体方案设计,采用单电机传动,缩减装置体积;传动结构设计,在单电机驱动下,传动结构能实现两个方向的传动而不互相干扰;火焰传感、电机驱动及基于单片机的控制电路的设计,准确及时的传递火灾信号,正确输出功率和控制信号;控制程序的设计和调试,讨论多种状态下的控制方式;样机研制及其试验,并对样机提出了修改措施,进行了部分修改和再次试验。

【Abstract】 Detecting and identifying fire calamity , guaranteeing the large scope linkage system working reliably are main jobs of fire calamity watching system’s research at present.Fire protection equipment drench pour system,laid out in the room,is not depending on fire calamity watching system.The pour direction of drench pour system is fixed.Fire protection water cannon, used to put out a fire in large spaceman not orientate fire unless under man’s operation. The device,that studied and developed hi this paper,integrates both functions of fire calamity watching and drench pour ,in order to put out the fire in fire calamity early stage and reduce fire protection’s cost.The device can scan automatically to find fire orientation on fire, and can pour at fire direction. The contents of research including: The whole scheme is designed, single electromotor is chosen in order to decrease volume of device;power train structure is designed, under single electromotor driving, power can be delivered to two directions in different periods;The circuits of sensor,electromotor driving and singlechip are designed, these circuits can deliver signal of fire and out put power and controlling signal; Controlling programme is written and debugged,different controlling methods are implemented in different conditions; Prototype is developed and tested, some modifying ideas are brought out and applied, then the prototype is tested again.
