树脂吸附法处理含苯胺废水的研究

【摘要】 采用大孔树脂吸附法对废水中苯胺的去除进行了研究。静态筛选实验结果表明,JX101大孔吸附树脂对苯胺的吸附性能优于NKA-Ⅱ和XAD-4大孔吸附树脂,吸附性能大小次序依次为:JX101>NKA-Ⅱ>XAD-4,因此选用JX101大孔吸附树脂作为吸附剂。在系统的研究了模拟苯胺废水的浓度、pH值、温度和流速等因素对JX101大孔吸附树脂动态吸附—脱附性能影响的基础上,对苯胺工业废水的处理进行了研究,得到最佳操作条件为:废水COD为8000mg·L-1~8500mg·L-1,pH值为7.0~9.0;吸附温度为室温,吸附流速为4BV·h-1,批处理体积为26BV;脱附剂选用2BV3mol·L-1HCl+3BVH2O,脱附温度为50℃~60℃,脱附流速为1BV·h-1~1.5BV·h-1。在确定的优选操作条件下,COD去除率>99%,COD脱附率>99%,经处理后出水COD<200mg·L-1,达到了GB8978-1996二级排放标准。稳定性实验结果表明,JX101大孔吸附树脂去除废水中的苯胺吸附性能稳定,效果良好,树脂的重复使用性能良好。

【Abstract】 The treatment of wastewater containing aniline with macroporous adsorption resin was studied. The results presented by static experiment showed that the adsorption proprieties to aniline of JX101 resin were far more superior to NKA-II resin and XAD-4 resin. It is demonstrated that the adsorption capacity for aniline on the above resins are displaced in the sequence : JX101 >NKA- II >XAD-4. So JX101 resin was used as adsorbent in the following research. Simulated wastewater was studied firstly. The effect of concentration, pH, temperature and flow rate on adsorption and desorption was studied in the dynamic adsorption experiment systematically. Based on the research above, the treatment of industrial wastewater containing aniline by JX101 resin was carried out. Its optimum operation conditions are as follows : COD of raw wastewater is 8000mg-L-1~8800mg-L-1, pH=7.0~9.0; adsorption temperature is room temperature, adsorption flow rate is 4BV-h-1, batch volume treated is 26BV; combination of regeneration is 2BV3mol-L-1HCl+3BVH2O, desorption temperature is 50 C~60 C, desorption flow rate is lBV-h-1~1.5BV-h-1. Under the optimum operation conditions, both COD removal efficiency and COD desorption efficiency are all above 99%. COD of effluent is less than 200mg-L-1 and the wastewater can reach the national discharge standard GB8978-1996. The stability tests demonstrate that both adsorption and desorption in the process are stable with JX101 resin as adsorbent. The recycling property of JX101 resin is satisfactory.
