面向广义优化的产品的三维参数化CAD系统设计研究

【摘要】 随着计算机辅助设计技术的不断发展,三维参数化设计作为一种新的计算机辅助设计方法已经得到广泛应用。为了提高机械类产品的设计效率,本文对面向广义优化的产品的三维参数化CAD系统的设计进行了深入研究。 本文基于Unigraphics NX 1.0软件,对某型号的摆线针轮减速器进行了面向广义优化的三维参数化CAD系统的设计研究。本课题的主要工作包括以下四方面内容:第一,在研究参数化设计理论和优化设计理论的基础上,将广义优化设计的思想融合到参数化设计理论中,形成面向广义优化的三维参数化设计理论;第二,提出了特定机械类产品的按序自动装配技术,并论述了它的实现情况;第三,分析研究了Unigraphics NX软件的主要功能及其二次开发工具的应用,讨论了开发减速器CAD系统的两种方案;第四,结合面向广义优化的三维参数化设计技术和按序自动装配技术理论,应用Unigraphics NX软件的二次开发功能,进行摆线针轮减速器三维参数化CAD系统的开发。该减速器CAD系统的开发包括选择系统的硬件和软件环境,设计人机交互界面,进行广义优化和参数化设计应用程序的编制,以及接口的设计。

【Abstract】 With the developing of the technology of Computer Aided Design, three-dimensional (3D) parametric design, as a new computer aided design method, has been widely used. In order to heighten the design efficiency of some kinds of mechanical products, this dissertation researches into the design method of 3D parametric design of a CAD system face to generalized optimization.The content of the dissertation is to exploit Retarder’s CAD System of 3D parametric design face to generalized optimization based on Unigraphics NX 1.0. The main contributions are included as follows: First, on the basis of the theory of 3D parametric design and generalized optimization, the dissertation forms the theory of 3D parametric design face to generalized optimization. Second, bring forward the automatic assembly technology based on ASP of mechanical products and discourse on its realization. Third, study the functions and the approach of quadratics exploitation of Unigraphics NX’s, and discuss two kinds of projects of exploiting the Retarder’s CAD System. Fourth, integrate the theory of 3D parametric design face to generalized optimaization and the theory of automatic assembly based on ASP, and use the approach of quadratics exploitation of Unigraphics NX’s to finish the 3D parametric design of Retarder’s CAD System. In a word, it includes the design of soft and hard ware conditions, the design of system interfaces and the design of parametric and optimal program.
