环丙胺的合成

【摘要】 本论文介绍了环丙胺用途、应用前景及研究现状,对各种合成路线的优缺点作了简单的分析,并主要研究了环丙胺的合成工艺。确定了五步合成环丙胺的工艺路线,通过开环、闭环、水解、酰胺化及霍夫曼降解反应,依次合成出了γ-氯代丁酸异丙酯、环丙烷甲酸异丙酯、环丙烷甲酸、环丙烷甲酰胺和环丙胺。合成环丙胺的总产率为48.7%。采用现代的分析方法(比如IR、GC、NMR)对合成出的各物质进行了定性和定量分析。

【Abstract】 The usage research background and main routes of synthesizing cyclopropylamine was introduced in this paper. The advantages and the disadvantages of every synthesizing route were analyzed briefly, and the synthesis of cyclopropylamine was studied. Cyclopropylamine was synthesized by five steps which were ring opening ,ring closure, hydrolysis and transforming to acid amide and Hoffmann degradation. The intermediate productions were iso-propyl- γ -chlorobutyrate, cyclopropanecarboxylic acid isopropyl, cyclopropanecarboxylicacid and cyclopropanecarboxamide. The whole yield is 48.7%.These synthetics were qualitatively analysized and quantitatively analysized by using traditional titration and modern analytical methods (IR, GC, NMR) .
