南通集装箱有限公司技术战略和创新能力研究

【摘要】 本文就南通集装箱有限公司的技术战略和创新能力进行研究，目的是制定、实施公司的技术战略，探讨增强公司创新能力、提升核心竞争力的途径。通过对决定企业技术战略的技术演进、产业环境、战略行动和组织环境的四因素进行分析，从强化公司竞争优势的技术、技术战略范围、技术资源投入和技术管理诸方面，制定公司的技术战略。为保证公司技术战略顺利实施，并使其效用得到切实发挥，运用基于开发漏斗的开发战略领导力方法，确定公司的开发战略。其内容包括：建立公司开发项目总集、对确定的开发项目进行具体描述和进度安排以及分配资源给确定的开发项目。并且，对公司项目开发的组织和管理做出了安排。最后，通过公司核心竞争力分析，提出实施技术战略，塑造创新的企业文化和建立学习型组织，提升公司创新能力及核心竞争力的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Thesis aims at formulating and implementing corporate technology strategy and to find the ways of heightening the innovation capability of NanTong Container Co, Ltd., through study of its R&D and innovation activities.Its technology strategy formulated here includes technology supporting its competitive advantages, technology strategy scope, resource input methods including the required technology and its management. The proposed strategy results from analyzing technology evolution, industry environment, its strategy operations and organizational conditions. In the interest of implementing its technology strategy effectively and successfully, its R&D strategy is composed of establishing the general collection of its development projects, describing and arranging the selected projects and distributing the resources to them on the basis of the method of R&D leadership based on "development hopper". Then R&D strategy makes the arrangements of organizing and administrating for the projects. Finally, the thesis proposes intensifying corporate culture and establishing learning organization after analyzing its core competencies, and comes up with the ways to forge its innovation capability and core competencies by implementing technology strategy.更多还原
